The work was done right at in a timely fashion. I could not be anymore more pleased. Thanks again!

Worst

Waited almost 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades. Was not told oil filter and blades needed to be delivered...could have chosen to come back later when they arriv...

Overpriced 5/19/2010

Went in for a diagnosis. We already knew what it was but they still did a full diagnosis. Was what we originally thought it was. The quoted us an OUTRAGEOUS price for the part alone...got a new part for $100+ cheaper and NEW. Had more problems with the car after the diagnosis as well. Was not doing it at all before we took it there. Initially thought it was somewhere we could trust but definitely second thoughts now. more

Very good 4/26/2010

I felt very comfortable - I have always had my husband take my car to a mechanic because I was afraid if I took it in, I would get charged for things I didn't need or told I needed work done that didn't need to be. I think John and Bill are very trustworthy and didn't feel like I had been taken advantage of. Thanks! more

Great Service 4/8/2010

I had a squeaking noise coming from somewhere and Jon told me to bring it on in. They got it on the lift quickly and did a full inspection. Turned out to be some sand in the brake pad which was an easy fix! I will definetly be back for all of my service needs! more

Second Opinion 3/11/2010

This was the first time I used Anderson Automotive. They were my second stop to figure out what the problem was for my Durango. The first stop was a shop that had been servicing my vehicles for the last 10 years. AA diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way that I could understand it. They then let me know my options. I decided to forego the repair and they charged me a fair amount for their time. more

Below expectations 2/22/2010

First Time visit was pleasant 2/8/2010

In looking for a local shop to change my oil today, I googled and found this site with reviews of Anderson Automotive. I called, spoke to Bill and set-up my appointment. Both the call and later visit were pleasant with no pressure, a nice waiting area, and a quick turn-around. Keep up the good work. more

2004 Mazda Repairs 12/11/2009

My son's 2004 Mazda RX8 would not start. Anderson Automotive immediately diagnosed and had it running basically in a little over 1 day. I would highly recommend them! more
