Worst

Waited almost 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades. Was not told oil filter and blades needed to be delivered...could have chosen to come back later when they arriv...

Fixed a bent wheel to perfection. 9/2/2011

John and his crew repaired my bent wheel to new condition, allowing me to go 60 MPH on the highway now without fearing for my life. Insurance process was a breeze, and I couldn't be happier. Fixed the right way with the right parts, Yeaaa. more

Done a great job on replacing a OG sensor on my 2003 Taurus. Try to deal only with someone I can trust to do what is necessary in a professional, ethical manner. I am retired and find that what was at one time considered a minor repair, is often quite expensive today. Quality and professionalism of the work performed is always first class. Sometimes the expense is also in that category. more

Impressive! 7/27/2011

I took my car in for a brake job. I was certain I needed new brakes becuase my car had 80,000 miles on it and I had never had them replaced since buying the car. I was surprised to learn thtart I did not need new brakes as the one I had on there were ceramic. They could have easily replaced the brakes and charged me for a brake job. How refreshing that they did not fix something that wasn't broke and were honest about the situation. more

Bill does a tremendous job communicating and setting expectations for the work that needs to be performed on my vehicle. Timing belt repair and general maintenance 5/28/2011

Anderson Automotive did a great job with the repairs, my only complaint is that it wasn't done the same day. They said that it most likely would be, but they got it finished the next day, and even offered me a loner vehicle. more
