I was looking for a very relaxing experience and mine was only so-so. While the staff was professional there is no way that I was WOW'ed enough to ever schedule another appointmen...

awful 2/8/2012

I hated it. I asked for about an inch cut off, and left with a completely new and shorter haircut. I also left with a different color than I asked for. I will not be heading back any time soon. I almost cried when I got home. As someone who's going on their honeymoon and about to have lots of pictures taken of them, I am extremely disappointed and have lost some confidence. more

I had a positive experience at your salon yesterday. Liz gave me a quality haircut and her customer service was impeccable. I've had very sullen stylists at your salon before, but she was friendly and engaging. The cut looks great. My only complaint would be the tea was offered pretty late so I didn't have time to enjoy it, and it tasted like the bottom of the pot, not its usual subtle flavor. more

This was the most relaxed experience I've ever enjoyed in a salon. 2/1/2012

It was my first visit to Anaala Salon. The receptionist greeted me warmly and with a smile. My stylist Ana was really nice and talkative. The salon is very peaceful, clean and smells incredible! Their prices are competitive with bonuses! I've never felt all that "relaxed" in a salon before, but Anaala certainly provides "serenity". I'll definitly become a regular client. more

Great color 1/30/2012

I had my hair colored on a Sunday by Emily, the color was perfect, exactly what I wanted. The salon was able to book me even though I called the same day, excellent experience. :) more

I highly recommend Anaala Salon! Nina has been cutting my hair for three years now and I always look forward to it. Not only does she do a consistently incredible job cutting and styling my hair, she is intelligent, thoughtful and funny to boot! The entire staff is delightful, they run on time and they sell fabulous, environmentally-friendly products. Thanks Anaala! more

I was looking for a very relaxing experience and mine was only so-so. While the staff was professional there is no way that I was WOW'ed enough to ever schedule another appointment. My $95 is better spent elsewhere than for a lack luster experience like that. more

Very Satisfied 1/15/2012

From the scalp massage to the great hair cut, my experience was a delight. Holly did an amazing job whipping my unruly grow out of 1 year into an amazing cut, which styles as nicely at home as she did in the salon. The staff was super friendly, helpful and pleasant and courteous to ask about product needs, but not pushy or overbearing. I have already booked my next cut! more

I wanted a new hairstyle and wasn't sure what. My stylist came up with something that suits me and is easy to care for. I like it and have had several compliments on it, even from peope I don't know. Five stars for Anaala. more
