I want to thank Amy and her staff for making the transition from another insurance company to State Farm very seamless. Amy understands the product so well and was able to save be approximately $1000 per year. The coverage is better than what I had in the past. Her and her staff have been wonderful to work with. I took my insurance policies into Amy Wakem?s Agency to see how my original company was doing. I found out that my old agent had given me a generic policy and had not considered my personal financial situation when setting up my insurance. Had I been involved in an accident prior to being insured with Amy's office I likely would have had to pay out of pocket with my old"" insurance. Now I can rest easy and know that I am covered properly. They took the time to sit down with my entire family and educate each driver as to why this policy was important to each of us, from myself and my husband to my teenage drivers. Not only did I save money by transferring my insurance to Amy's office, but I got a much better policy than I had previously. Amy's staff was all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Doubletalk, backflips and wild imaginations seem to be the hallmark of this agency and the company they work for. I can't figure out if they get paid for each story they make up, or if they get hired in the first place because they are willing to throw integrity out the window in order to make a few bucks.
