Best

At least Pembroke Pines/Cooper City has one great spot for Pizza! New York style at it`s best. The White Pizza deserves a mention as well. As for the sandwiches & dinners, they do...

I've been going to this restaurant since it was called Alvi's. The place is amazing and really is made from scratch (use to work there, too)! The atmosphere makes it feel cozy. The owner works alongside his employees and likes to talk to his guests/friends, so the atmosphere is one of neighborhood hospitality. The specials and prices are amazing for the quality. Don't pass up the garlic rolls and Minestrone soup! more

Coming from a New Yorker, this is by far the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to outside of NY. This place has unbelievably low prices and the food is unreal. The service is fabulous and the setting is extremely relaxing and comfortable. If you pass up this place, you are missing out on some serious delicious food! more

Amici's is a friendly neighborhood resaturant with great pizza and delicious food reasonably priced. The pizza is great at regular price, but on pizza night--Wow what a bargain! The service is always friendly and the staff cares about their customers. Try the Chicken Marsala on the early bird or try the Chicken Francais on the regular menu and you will see what I mean. We go there regularly. Amore Amici's--keep up the good food more

What a great place! hidden in the corner of the Publix plaza on Taft and Hiatus is a small Family Style restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. The service was friendly and efficient. The menu had lots to choose from. This is the perfect place for a quick lunch bite or a family dinner! more

Great food at a reasonable price. Went there tonight. Very nice staff and loved the food. It's a nice place to go and have a relaxing evening that won't cost a lot. more

We wanted to try something different so we ordered from here for the first time, and had it delivered, which may have been a mistake. First when they tell you 45mins, they really mean an hour, which as someone who works in the restaurant industry, this didn't impress me, since I could've walked there, gotten the food and walked home in half the time. Then when the food arrived it was barely luke warm...since it obviously sat around for a little while, which made it look like a gross fake pizza, the taste was not there either, it tasted like cheaply made pizza. Pizza has never gone to waste in my house since it is one of our faves but this one did, so we tried it and can say we will not try it again...I will go back to Jersey's Johns for delivery of pizza we can eat. more

Everything Italian food is NOT!!!!, I made the mistake of eating there a few days ago with my dad, total disaster. What amazes me is how have they been in business for that long? Then it dawned on me, people in Florida have no clue what Italian food is supposed to taste like. This place has a bunch of kids working there and no chefs in the kitchen it's all frozen food. I asked for angel hair pasta and I got spaghetti, the sauce wasn't tomato sauce it was tomato paste. Disgusting food more

One big reason is because my home was 1 block from Amicis. At least once a week we either walked over there for dinner or ordered delivery. Those were the days. Now we live about 12 miles away and whenever we're in the neighborhood we stop in. Their pizza is fantastic. My wife is gaa gaa over the chicken francais. Their soft drinks are served with crushed ice that's like shaved ice. I like the subs and the chicken parm. And when we can't decide what to have, the pizza is the best in town.\r \r Sometimes the service is a little inattentive, and I'm being nice. But the waitresses are young and inexperienced and it seems like the turnover has always been pretty high. I can deal with that since the food is so good.\r \r We love Amici's. more

At least Pembroke Pines/Cooper City has one great spot for Pizza! New York style at it`s best. The White Pizza deserves a mention as well. As for the sandwiches & dinners, they don`t quite add up to anything special, typical local fare. Overall, this place is very good.Hard to find good pizza in this part of the world.. Pros: excellent more
