Okay Place to Bowl 11/4/2005

This is an okay bowling alley, but it allows smoking and smells really bad. Plus, it is old and not very clean. But, they do not have competition so why invest in a new place? The prices are fine, and they do sponsor various community groups (like Project Uplift) occassionally. Since it is the only bowling option, go if you must but it could surely stand to be remodeled. more

Yep, the only one here 11/4/2005

Since this is the only bowling alley for the entire city of Auburn / Opelika, then it's the only choice you have. which means they can do whatever they like in there. it's pretty stinky and old, but it is bowling. prices are OK, but not great, and everything seems pretty gross in there - wash your hands! more

Bowling 8/21/2005

I go there to play bowling all the time. They have like 8 or 10 lanes. Their prices is not so high I guess is usual bowling prices. They have a pool table. All students love to go there on the weekend. the only bad thing about it is that they allow inside smoking, so it smells nasty all the time with all those people smoking inside this closed building. more

I used to go there for bowling but the place really smelles very bad with all the smoking inside so i dont go any more. other than that the place is alwayes crawded and filled up with students and its small. the staff are ok but not that great. i wish they open a bigger place and buy a big mosmoking sign more

Auburn Lanes is the only place to bowl in Auburn that I could find, therefore it's a popular spot for college students and families who love bowling. It's located slightly up the road from the post office. There is plenty of parking. The price is reasonable and overall it's a nice place to bowl. It's worth checking out. Good place for bowling (the only one in the area), it really smell bad, since smoking is permitted inside about the staff, some of them are nice, but some others are mean more
