Dave Hill quickly repaired the broken pop-up assembly rod in the bathroom sink.

Worst

I had used America's Plumbing several times and was always pleased with their response time and work. However, on this last occasion all three of my store's toilets became clogged...

I just love my plumber, Merle and America's Plumbing Co.!!! 8/3/2011

I had the best experience with America's Plumbing Company! My problem was not an easy one by any stretch of the imagination. We couldn't find the clean-out, the snake wouldn't go down either toilet and it was coming up on 10 PM! Merle did the best he could but finally decided that he needed to come back the next day and dig a new clean-out so he could get the backed up sewer cleaned out. He dug down almost 3' and still couldn't find the pipes. Bob came out to help and they finally got the snake down the toilet but couldn't get it all the way in. By going through the house on his knees listening for the snake Merle was finally able to find the location of the clean-out, dug it out and was able to finally clean out the clogged line. After almost 10 hours at my home, my sewer was unclogged and Merle was able to go home and spend time with his family. I will recommend America's Plumbing Co. to everyone know! I have never been so pleased with a company in my entire life! Blessings on everyone at America's Plumbing Co. more

We had a block in our sewer line, and America's Plumbing came out to unplug it for us. Everything went fine. The service people were good, and so was the work. We would recommend them. more

The service man listened to my concerns and did not try to "sell" me anything I didn't need. The work was done within the time he said it would. I was very pleased with the service and with David personally. He was polite and professional. more

Dwaine arrived right on time to determine the cause of a leak in our bathroom. The toilet was the problem and he fixed it. In addition he cleaned out some troublesome drains and now they work perfectly. I would definitely use America's Plumbing Co. in the future if need be. more

This was my second time using America's Plumbing. We have an old house with old plumbing, and the first time we used them, they replaced the pipes in my shower. I really liked the plumber who came out to do the work. He was very efficient, pleasant, and good with my dogs. This second time, I called them to unplug my kitchen sink, and I asked for the same guy. He did a great job. They are very professional and prompt, and they have reasonable prices. more

Corrected the base of my toilet (Master bath) 6/7/2011

The name of my service agent was Merle Locke, I got lucky! Merle took care of my problem and checked everything else in the house and garage like it was his own home. I could not be happier ya might say I'm a HAPPY CAMPER! Thanks Merle! more

I was told I would get a free estimate and was charged$147 for 30 mins 6/4/2011

I was very unhappy with the results of 2 service calls by America's plumbing. I was charged $100 for a 20 minute job where a service person just installed a new sprinkler head. On the 2nd call when I called 1st I was told that I would be charged by the job, not the hour. When the service person came out, I was told it would be $147 per hour. It took him 30 mins. to diagnose my problem and then he charged me $147 anyway. I could not afford to fix the sprinkler problem then. These people overcharge drastically and I would never use them again or recommend them. RESPONSE FROM America's Plumbing Co, Inc.: Customer called for service on September 19th 2010.Installed and adjusted sprinkler head. Went back out to customers on May 16th 2011, dug down and found a broken sprinkler line. Gave a estimate to repair and customer declined work at that time. Customer called again on June 13th for us to repair the sprinkler line. Repaired sprinkler line. Customer is happy with service. more

Cleaned out main line & the tree roots & a few other things 5/27/2011

After cleaning out the main line he checked it by flushing the toilet & mentioned that it was difficult to flush. So, he fixed that & also cabled the kitchen sink cleanout & also cleaned out the showerhead in bathroom so it work now! I was thrilled to have gotten all of this taken care of! David was the service person who came out & took care of all of this for me! He was very polite; on time; & very thorough & did an excellent job on all of this! I am very thankful! more

Very good service - Sunday call-out repair. 5/24/2011

Thanks very much for the call and repair to our leaking water supply line. Service was very professional and, once on site, was prompt and satisfactory I suggest the tech have a ladder on his truck. If it had not been for my ladder, the tech could not have accessed the attic throught the overhead scuttle. Once in the attic the repairs were without any problems. A repair sleave was installed to repair pin hole leaks in 1/2 inch piping. Thanks again for a very fine job. Jim Soals more

America's Plumbing Co, Inc. came up to my expectations, which is hard to do! 5/17/2011

The person who served me from America's Plumbing Co, Inc. was David. He was on time, neat and pleasant. He was ready to get right to work so I took him to the site and went over the kinds of things I wanted him to do there. Then we went around to the back and I told him that I wanted to make sure the lawn had better coverage. He was really good to work with. He really listened to what I knew I needed and then did what I said. He didn't mind that I kept an eye on him while he worked. He knew it was important to me that he get it right, which he did. He was also clean and neat when he left. My experience was excellent, and I've had experiences with other companies that were not so good. I did think their rate was a bit high, but I was willing to pay it because the young man did not dilly-dally and did a fair day's work. I highly recommend America's Plumbing to anybody and would definitely use them again! Mrs. Robinson more
