America's Advantage Remodeling replaced all windows, our back door and the sliding glass door on our mobile home. 1/10/2014

We contacted Eugene concerning replacing all of the windows in our 1973 mobile home. He came out, took measurements and provided us with options to choose from. He gave us a quote that we felt was extremely competitive and we signed the contract. The crew that installed the windows was extremely professional in their preparation, installation, workmanship, customer service and clean-up. We were so pleased with the end results that we opted to replace our back door with a larger door and eventually also replaced the sliding glass door. All workmanship of the crew exceeded my expectation and we now, as a result, have an energy efficient home. We highly recommend America's Advantage Remodeling for your remodeling projects. more

Professional/on time/on budget impressed with the crew. 1/10/2014

I had my whole house re-sided with pre painted hardie plank. I was amazed at the difference in overall look of the home after the job was completed. We felt like we were moving in to a new home without having to move. Numerous neighbors and strangers commented very favorably on the look of the job. The crew was extremely fast and efficient and their workmanship was outstanding. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone contemplating re-siding their home. My home was the first home in the seascape neighborhood that has used hardie plank. I expect others will follow. It is an excellent option to stucco or any other siding material. more

Fair price - good wprk 1/10/2014

The workmen were outstanding. Work looks great. Hopefully it will stand the test of time. Paint is my biggest worry. Will it peel or crack in time. I would use them again! more

Helpful and professional remodelers 1/1/2014

After calling several contractors, I was so depressed. They all wanted me to do the work, such as hire plumbers, architects, etc. Then Eugene came to the house and drew up the plans that same night and told me the price. The best part of the deal was I paid no money until all remodeling was finished. Eugene was very professional and always returned my communications Tony, the lead remodeler, and Roman, his assistant, were very professional also. They showed up every day and the job was complete in a month. I mention this because I have had remodeling done before, and it took months for the others to finish, never showing up or returning calls. Plus my kitchen and bathroom look great.I am very happy with the job. more

America's Advantage remodeled our master bedroom bathroom. We are completely satisfied with the excellent job that was done! Not only were the workers clean and neat "removing and installing" our walk in Jacuzzi tub, they were a pleasure to work with. The bathroom is beautiful! Thank you for a job well done! more

Scheduling is a horror; Erratic work - some good, some bad 8/25/2013

This company is capable of good work, but they clearly decide who is going to get it. There are reviews done by other irate homeowners who were recipients of abysmal jobs by this company as well as 5 star ones. In our case, they did a good job 80% but ruined a $500 sink by installing incorrectly (it's tilted) it's so "glued" in place we have to break it out. Would not call back to fix, would not honor previously written contracts for other work, and we think it's because we refused to finance using their financing set up. more

Timely, professional, good clean up, and good customer service 6/11/2013

America's Advantage Remodeling replaced all 14 of my old windows and expanded one of them. They did a great job on them. They also replaced some window panes in the doors and did a great job on that too. They were timely. They cleaned up after themselves. Even though they said that the windows would be larger to see out of, they were slightly smaller, but I was really pleased with the overall effect. They look like original windows from the outside rather than something added on. I would use them again with future projects. more

Fiber Cement Siding 6/6/2013

I just got the Fiber Cement Siding done on my home. I could not be any happier with the way the house looks now than what it looked like before. I will use America's Advantage Remodeling in the near future for more remodeling. more

They set the bar high. 5/8/2013

Right from the quote process all the way through to job completion they were very professional, and acutely knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The guys that showed up on site worked to the highest standard of quality, and worked late into the evenings if needed. They were very friendly and helpful. They definitely worked with the customer to make sure I was satisfied each evening before they left. I am a picky customer, and am very particular about how I want things done, so I was getting involved. Not once did they get angry with me, in fact they were glad to ask me about anything and keep me informed. I have subsequently have some work done and the people I've worked with since have been substandard. America's Advantage have set the bar high for work in this field. I found them online, and had an array of other contractors that came through to give me quotes. I opted to go with them because the gentleman who came by seemed to understand what I needed, and gave me a quote that was within my ballpark price-wise. Other quotes I had gotten were up to 25 higher, so I was somewhat skeptical, but ended up very satisfied. more

We saw our neighbor get siding done on her house, and saw the way they work. They did a very good job, so based on the job they did for my neighbor we went with them. We had siding and some other jobs done by them. more

I am completely satisfied with the job done by Advantage Remodeling! It was done in record time, the men were reliable, business-like and didn't bother me with radios blaring out! I'm delighted with the siding and the dual glass windows and sliders are remarkable, I couldn't be more pleased with how much quieter the house is now (which I hadn't anticipated) and the improvement in my heating cost. I would recommend them to anyone who inquired ........ and have done so. more
