It is unusual to write a review for a heating and cooling company, because when you use one, it is typically because they have been called to solve a problem and it just cost you a load of money. Well, we had a failure of our air conditioning system late last cooling season and because it was late in the season, and because the other heating and cooling service we had been using quoted way too much money to do the necessary repair, I put off the repair until this year. So I called a bunch of known reputable places to get quotes and Amarillo Air Masters was one of those. I got quotes from some and some of the people I contacted never even returned my phone calls or web requests. Amarillo Air Masters was the most responsive and the most reasonable of the bunch of people to work with. It really was a pleasure with no hidden cost. more

No brainer 7/29/2011

My home central air conditioning unit died on us in December. I tried researching various local companies and found the process to be frustrating. I received 3 different estimates from the ""bigger"" name air conditioning companies and found the total cost of replacement on a new unit to be incredibly high. I didn't know where to turn, so a friend referred me to Amarillo Air Masters. I did some research on Amarillo A.M and found them to be a VERY credible company. They made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. The sales consultant was not pushy and very informative. He went out his way to make sure all my needs were met. The entire process went smooth and easy. The technicians were clean and efficient, and the price comparison between Amarillo Air Masters and the other companies was a no-brainer. Amarillo A.M. is the complete package. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIDE FOR ALL YOUR AIR CONDITIONING needs more

Ready for the summer 7/18/2011

I didn't have a referral from anyone and just picked Amarillo Air Masters from the book. Now I'm very pleased that I did. Cost effective with minimal hassles and great scheduling to fit with what I have going on. Ready for the summer. more

Masters of great service 7/6/2011

Here in Texas, A/C is crucial for survival in the summer. So when our A/C wasn't cooperating I called Amarillo Air Masters and they were a huge help. Our A/C was up and running before we knew it and haven't had a problem with it since they were here. more

These guys were able to diagnose the problem with my A/C right away. They fixed it within a quick time frame and we haven't had a problem with it since! Really glad we came to Amarillo Air Masters for help :) more

Quick Service 6/6/2011

I'm so happy I called Amarillo Air Masters. The a/c at my house stopped working on one of the hottest days this year and I don't think I could have made it through the day without it. I called them up that morning and they sent a technician out in no time. He was able to diagnose the problem and my a/c was fixed right away. I could not be happier! more

Great company 6/1/2011

It seems like service people these days don't know how to diagnose anything. They just replace parts until it works - trial & error. It was very refreshing to find a company who knows the workings of an air conditioning unit & is competent enough to solve the problem. I have highly recommended Amarillo Air Masters to my neighbors. more
