On every visit every one treated me and my cat with respect and the doctor and the nurses are very very nice to me. I loved our experience but I have a suggestion maybe if you communicated with other resources for your patients like maybe grooming services where we can take our pets for great services like we get here too. I was so impressed with Dr. Virk when we had our first visit to this office last week. I was less than pleased with the wait, the smell and overall experience with our last veterinarian so when a friend told me about Alpine, I decided to give them a try. My dog was very skittish but Dr. Virk did an awesome job making him feel comfortable and he ended up really warming up to the doctor. more

Alpine Vet Hospital, Dr. Virk and his staff are a WORLD CLASS organization! We have been blessed to use his services since he opened his first clinic on Treat Blvd in Concord many, many years ago. \r \r He has always taken excellent care of our animals and respected our decisions on their care. I recently had to take an uncared for large rescue dog to him and he was ultimately responsible, by working with me, to give this neglected dog a second chance for life. My other animals (four of them) as well as my husband and myself are extremely grateful to Dr. Virk and his associates for their loving, compassionate, and skillful care of Manelo. \r \r Working as a Registered Nurse for a large medical organization I understand if I sometimes have to wait a little longer than anticipated......stuff happens! Also, being 69 I've come to realize that it isn't all "about me" and often others may have a more urgent concern than mine. When Manelo's elective surgery was postponed on Friday to a late more
