First time using Alpine Climate control at our home. We noticed a small gas leak in our basement Friday morning so we called in and they said they were completely booked until Monday. Shortly after that they called us back and told us they could fit us in that afternoon! They came and fixed the leak in almost no time at all ! Completely satisfied with their service and will continue to use them for anything like this in the near future. They even called us a week later to check up on everything! more

Alpine Climate Control, Inc. is great. They replaced the furnace and installed a new air conditioner in our home. They also put in a used gas fireplace for us. They come out and do the maintenance on everything a couple times a year. We would absolutely recommend them. more

I called Alpine Climate Control, Inc. because my igniter went out over the weekend. I was working night shifts down at the mine, so I couldn't be here during the day. I asked if they charged more money to come out on the weekend, they said no, just the $100+ they normally charge for any service call. They got the job done. They put in a new igniter. It wasn't the one I needed, but it worked. They had to cut and splice the cords together. They ended up charging me like $450. They said the igniter part was more than $300. I was shocked. After they were here, I called 4 other places to see if that was the going rate. They all said they would have charged me between $200-$250 for the service call. I called Alpine to talk to the manager about it. The owner was supposed to call me back, but he hasn't. The other 4 places said that the igniter part would have been between $60-$80, but not more than $80. I would not recommend this company to others. Our upfront price for the repair includes the part and the installation and we back it up with a full one-year parts and labor warranty. Our upfront prices are fixed so you do not pay more if we have to make multiple trips or mis-diagnose the problem. I am glad we were able to come on a Sunday and fix it for you in one trip and we did provide an upfront price for you before the repair was completed. They guys that they send out are always on time, polite, and very professional. They do a good job. No complaints. We recommend them. more

Alpine Climate Control has always been thorough and always very transparent, explaining information to us in a way that's easy to understand. We like that they take the time to explain everything. I am quite happy I went to Alpine Climate Control Inc for my humidifier. I ordered the humidifier through them, and it was brought out very quickly. Scott, the worker who came out to do the install, put it in a good location, got it working, and adjusted it to around 45-50. The adjustments he made seems to be working quite well, as without it the air in the room is noticeably drier. I am very pleased with the product I bought, and would highly recommend Alpine Climate Control to any friends or family in need of a similar service. more

Alpine Climate Control really just did such a good job for us. They replaced a furnace in a mobile home we rent out and everything went so well. They were easy to reach and came out when they said they would. They handled everything for us and really made it quite hassle-free. They did the work quickly and went over everything over everything with the renters. Overall, everything turned out excellent and I highly recommend them!! more

Alpine Climate Control does a good job when they go out. We have been doing business with them for several years and I like that they are always pleasant. We pay by the month and we like that because it's better to not be charged all at once. more
