On Saturday my Volvo broke down on the road to Boston, MA. The trooper came out to help us and insisted on calling a tow truck. Your driver arrived shortly thereafter and took care of everything. I wanted to write this letter to thank you for his outstanding service. He was not only pleasant and polite but also efficient and quick. I would appreciate it if you could thank him for me. more

These folks are great! Someone broke into my car after hours while I was visiting Boston, MA, leaving a shattered window on a rainy night. They came out at 9 pm to put a sheet over the window and guide me to their shop. Then they gave me a lift to my hotel. They repaired the window straight away the next morning, and drove out to pick me up again. Not the cheapest, but who could ask for better speed or service? Wonderful people. Highly recommended. more

I had a flat on the interstate and my insurance called Allston Towing Service & Repair I was surprised how quickly they got to me (within 25 minutes). I had been unable to get my old tire off my car(looked rusted). They knew exactly what to do and had the tire changed and had me back on the road within five minutes. I recommend Allston Towing Service & Repair to anyone who needs wrecker service :) more

My car got broke in the middle of the road and I had to call someone to come and pick it up. These guys did a perfect job!!! They came really quick and trqnsported my car to the auto service without any damages. You are really one excellent towing service!!!! more

This company is the best private property tow company. Someone dumm idiot parked there vehicle in my parking stall and then had the nerve to tell me off. Allston Towing Service & Repair came right away and removed that vehicle so that I could park in my stall that I pay for. They are the best..... more

These were some pretty smart towing workers. They knew just how to replace the front windshield on my Ford Mustang after the whole glass was smashed by a falling tree branch. They weren`t pushy or anything, just real calm and kind folks. That`s the kind of professional service I wanted in mind when I hire a towing service. And the bill they gave me wasn`t too heavy either. more
