The movers were on time, had really good mindsets and were extremely uncomplicated to associate with and correspond by having. Allstate Van Lines handled all my stuff by having recognition and everything is in my new location in the same affliction it was in my last spot. I just can't even say that concerning the times I have actually shifted MYSELF. They had no problem carting my stuff up to a 3rd flooring walk up with a town-house type stairwell. more

Extremely pleased with the moving team! 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines ship to our move the 2011 weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to the new location easier. I can't even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

Wonderful Moving Company!!! 11/30/2011

We had a short move from a downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Allstate Van Lines in Little Rock simply because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The damage was so minor, and really beyond their control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. As we have to move again, we will be using Allstate Van Lines. more

The Greatest Moving firm! 11/30/2011

In the morning of the move I was very nervous. The team of movers was early and also the supervisor of the team spoke with me and explained everything in my experience and when we finished all the signatures all the boxes were already out of my apartment. The team was very fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers like me. I would recommend Allstate Van Lines to anyone I understand. more

Superb, Dependable Support 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Little Rock to a different location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what might have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

They're quick as well as expert! 10/26/2011

I dispise moving, but they actually made it an enjoyable experience! Allstate Van Lines were punctual, friendly, helpful and helped me stay calm during my move. I had some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it using the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered plus they obviously knew what they were doing. I would recommend Allstate Van Lines to anyone who wants a hassle free move. more

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Little Rock moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The 3 movers were on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

Dependable as well as inexpensive 10/23/2011

It had been my first move, so naturally I have lot and lots of questions, and many types of were answered patiently by the very patient Christi who won my company with the professionalism. Every little detail she set it up and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra cost of supplies, was a big help on the road day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That was a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. They were always smiling, even with the super hot day I wound up moving on. Allstate Van Lines made my move easy and quick. more

I just moved last weekend and I used Allstate Van Lines and I have to say they were the best and most experienced moving company I have ever used. They were on time, efficient, careful, friendly and quick. Everything you could possibly want in a moving company. They really took the stress out of moving. My family and I used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 15 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 4 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Little Rock! more

I recently hired two of your men to help me unload my moving truck. Not only did you supply them to me on the spur of the moment but they were excellent and polite workers for me willing to do whatever I needed done. They were also very careful with my furniture. The moving crew of 3 was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. \r They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. Very professional and courteous movers! They stay in communication well via phone and e-mail. I needed emergency moving, and Flat Rate had movers at my door hours after I called. They performed a cross country move in a very short period of time, for an affordable price. I definitely recommend! more

Great Moving Company 3/28/2011

I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always happen). I highly recommend using Allstate Van Lines. Knowing the cost before you move is great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap. more

Thank you guys - it was a wonderful move 3/26/2011

My move went very well. The pickup movers were on time and once they arrived they were very friendly and professional. I flew out to my destination early and the movers arrived within a couple of days of me being there. All of the items were in great shape and the unpacking went quickly. I am very satisfied with the move and everything came in at the original quoted price. Thank you to all of the great moving crew. I also wanted to say how great the customer service was over the phone. Every time I called there was someone friendly there to help. Thank you Allstate Van Lines! more

For all of you, who are planning on engaging a good moving company, make sure that they are properly insured, including their drivers, so that your belongings will be protected. Having the proper insurance assures you that these local movers are serious and will be professional, as compared to fly by night companies. Allstate Van Lines is a good choice. more

We couldn't ask for more!? 3/25/2011

Allstate Van Lines was friendly and helpful an most of all offered the lowest price. Once the moving day came the guys were on time and worked really hard... even helped box up a bunch of smaller things I hadn't gotten to. Plus they brought boxes and didn't even charge for them, I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I was mostly happy with this service more
