I would to say thanks to McCluskey Chevrolet staff for taking care of the problem I was having with my HHR. I had called Chevrolet customer service and they weren't being of much help with the issue. From the time of the appointment to showing up at the dealer, McCluskey was very professional in taking care of the issue. The waiting room with the T.V. plus free food was like being taken care of at a Rolls Royce dealer. The service consultant Karen Wey keep me up to date on what was going on and is a A+ to the McCluskey dealership. Being up set that I was having a problem with my car before I got there, Karen made sure everything was right before I left and made the experience a good one. Being an ex General Motors employee of 15 yrs. I still believe in buying American products. Thanks again to Karen Wey and the McCluskey staff. I will recommend this dealer for sales and service to my friends.
