I tried a few other dealerships in the area, and the promise never matched up to delivery. I had almost given up when I was put in touch with Dan Hoffman. Best customer service EVER!! He went above and beyond and what he promissed, he delivered. He askes the right questions and gets the right answer. Could not recommend Dan or the dealership more!!!!\r more

Glen Allen was very helpful with my new car purchase (Chevy Eco Cruz 2011) He exceeded my expectations. This is the third car that I have bought from McCluskey and had high expectations from previous purchases. His attitude was like that of a friend and neighbor not a sales person! I bought the Cruze for my son and Glen was extremly helpful with the fine points of my situation. I didn't think it was possible at this time and thanks to Glen and the McCluskey team who worked hard to give me everything I wanted and needed, I was able to help my son. The McCluskey Team are ""goodpeople"". We were so happy with the purchase that my husband bought a new Camero the next day. We will tell everyone who will listen to go to McCluskey's for their car purchase and service needs for the best experience in the Tristate! more

I would to say thanks to McCluskey Chevrolet staff for taking care of the problem I was having with my HHR. I had called Chevrolet customer service and they weren't being of much help with the issue. From the time of the appointment to showing up at the dealer, McCluskey was very professional in taking care of the issue. The waiting room with the T.V. plus free food was like being taken care of at a Rolls Royce dealer. The service consultant Karen Wey keep me up to date on what was going on and is a A+ to the McCluskey dealership. Being up set that I was having a problem with my car before I got there, Karen made sure everything was right before I left and made the experience a good one. Being an ex General Motors employee of 15 yrs. I still believe in buying American products. Thanks again to Karen Wey and the McCluskey staff. I will recommend this dealer for sales and service to my friends. more

I had been looking around the area trying to find information on the new 2012 Cruze. Karen was the most helpful person I spoke to. She turned a bad experience into a great experience. She was able to get me the information no one else would; and helped me get my car ordered hassle free.\r \r The car came in well ahead of the schedule and Karen worked with my schedule to get everything finalized. She answered my emails promptly and even when she wasn't working.\r \r I would absolutely recommend McCluskey Chevrolet (and Karen) to anyone looking for a new car. more

Thanks for making sure this was the car I wanted and the outstanding way I was taken care of from the time I walked in to the time I got the car. Now as my experience continues with McCluskey as I have always had my oil changes done there, I ran into a problem with the car. The first thing I did was call Chevrolet customer service as the car was out of warranty. They weren't being very friendly as to how we can get this fixed. If you went to the internet you could see this was a known problem. So I made an appointment with McCluskey to have them look at it. When I arrived at McCluskey's service department I was greeted by a service consultant. She took all the information and told me they would take care of everything.. I would highly recommend this dealer to family and friends. more
