BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH LYING EMPLOYEES WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!!\r \r I do a lot of flying (several times a month) and have for many years. Because I do a lot of flying, I do a lot of leaving my car in long term parking at the airports that I fly in and out of. I have NEVER once had a single problem with airport parking; both onsite parking or long term parking. Because of that, I was extremely surprised when I had to deal with a problem for the first time a few months ago. I left my car at All Star Parking (part of WallyPark in SeaTac) for a weekend trip. Normally, I will self park it so as not to pay the extra fee to have it valet parked. However, on this weekend, the self park was full so the employees said they were valet parking all vehicles for no extra charge. So, I had it valet parked. Two days later, when I picked my car up, I noticed that there was a dent and white paint marks on the car so I mentioned it to an employee who gave me the name of someone who could fax me a claim form to fill out. The next day, I noticed that there was a thumping noise so I took the car to my mechanic. Basically, the parking staff ran into the car and dragged it across the pavement, that is what caused the damage to my tires and the dent in the car. I FINALLY got a hold of the only person in the company who would talk to me about a claim and he took 4 days to fax me a form and then denied my claim saying that I waited too long to report the damage and that the damage was written down by an employee when I left the car there. The employee who ""noted the damage to my car"" is lying because there was no damage to my car prior to parking it with them.\r \r My advice, pay the extra money to park at the airport or find some other company to leave your car at long term....do NOT park your car here!! Pros: Not a single one Cons: Lying employees who will cause damage to your vehicle more
