charged me an hour and a half for work that took 30 minutes. if you're going to charge like that do 1.5 hours of work.

I was very impressed with the service advisor who assisted me with the assessment of my vehicle problem. He was professional as well as accommodating and friendly. He explained to me in detail, what the problem was and assured me that it was taken care of. more

Work performed on car takes to long. Easy to book appointment online however when they perform the work you wait over an hour for oil change. Would not recommend a hyundai vechicle due to not being well made. more

In/out time, waiting room 8/12/2013

I just want to say that you far exceed expectation from the time in and out for and oil change and tire rotation. I've been trying to get a oil change at Palmers where I bought the car for over 3wks and they are full. I called your dealership and was amazed that you had an opening that fit my schedule. From your waiting room to your fast and speedy oil change. Thank you more

The experience at Allen Turner Hyundai is always exceptional, from Glen the salesman, George in service and of course Dan who drives us when our car is in service. We drive 60 miles and drive right by the local Hyundai Dealer in Fort Walton Beach to go to Allen Turner in Pensacola, worth the time and effort for exceptional care. more
