charged me an hour and a half for work that took 30 minutes. if you're going to charge like that do 1.5 hours of work.

Oil Change at Allen Turner Hyundai 12/16/2013

Oil change took a bit longer than I expected, but I am retired & have time to spare. Great friendly service people, nice waiting area with free drinks, & a nice clean well kept place in all areas. Love the included car wash & interior cleaning. I will definitely use them again if I am home here. I do travel, so not always here to use them. I am very satisfied. more

The Allen Turner Hyundai Dealership is by far the best car dealership I have ever encountered. The people are the best and the Hyundai vehicle is superb. I have owned Mazda's and Toyota's in the past and my Hyundai Azera is absolutely the finest car I have ever owned. more

great service and a friendly knowledgable staff 12/2/2013

i called and requested an appt for an oil change and to purchase a spare tire and jack kit since my elantra did not come with one. the service advisor, George, made a same day appt for the oil change and the spare tire and jack kit was ready and installed in a timely fashion. George also informed me of a muffler hanger recall and it was also installed. more

not all dealerships are the same. Most times after you buy your car at other dealerships they no longer want to get to know you more. but at Allen Turner, even Mr. Allen remembers you and greets you if he sees you in the service area waiting room. He takes time to see if everything is being taken care off with you and your car. His staff are careing and concern with you being most satisfied with the service and experience while at his dealership. Great Peole. more

Roger Spidaro is hands down the most fantastic salesman on earth! I purchased my beautiful black 2013 Tuscon from Roger and I have yet had to go there for service. Roger comes to my work picks my car up and returns it to me when it's finished! Now that folks is called "the personal touch" more

I have had nothing but good experiences at Allen Turner (we lease our car) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our Hyundai has never had any issues and we even have the oil changes covered under our service plan. more
