Honest, efficient and simply Awesome! 8/26/2015

Called in for a leak that I noticed due to a high water bill. Operator was very nice and professional. The tech, John was simply awesome! Showed up, quickly assessed the issue and fixed it in 20 minutes. He could have lied or misdirected me, but he was very honest and efficient. I will ONLY use this team going forward. As a consumer you are always worried if you are being lied to or taken advantage of. This is team is truly the best! Honest and affordable. more

Water heater stopped working 8/17/2015

Jacinto showed up on time and got right to his business. He showed me step by step exactly what was going on with my water heater. He got the water heater working and gave me some options if the water heater continued to stop working. Could not have been happier with his service. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely use him again. more

Wish My Warranty Was With All Pro 8/2/2015

My house was at 100 degrees after returning from a vacation. It was miserable. All Pro answered the phone after 6:00pm on the first ring. They arrived in under 1 hour. Unfortunately my system is under an extended warranty and I had to call the company that installed it or void my warranty. That company is ..... The phone rang at least 8 times before it was answered. They stated they had 24 hour service. They took my information and told me the repair person would be out the following day between 1-10pm. I had to get back on the road and go to a hotel for the next 2 days. That is not round the clock service. I feel because I had a warranty they didn't care. This unit was only a year old. I bought a 10 year extended warranty and paid cash for everything. Stick with All Pro. I wish I had more

Great repair guy!!!!!!!! 7/30/2015

Oscar Ramirez was the tech sent to my house yesterday to check my sprinkler system. What a nice young man!!! Very professional and polite. He checked out my system made a few changes and gave me a lot f advise. This review was very informative since I have never had a sprinkler system before. When I need service on my system or and plumbing work I will request Oscar as my repair person. more

Outstanding Service 7/27/2015

We have worked with many personnel members from All Pro and have had nothing but excellent service. Today, I want to single out Robert. He is very professional, understanding, and remembers us. That is is very important to us! He came out to address my concerns with AC vibration (Deaf) he readily assets my concerns with an in depth explanation. Problem solved! Adam arrived on time and rapidly solved our emergency week end water leak problem. He made made several constructive suggestions about our ice maker set up and implemented the improvements.
