I was looking for a company that fit right on my budget and finally I found it. They gave me the best estimate of all and did a perfect job.

These guys are scam artists. They will lie through their teeth to part you with maximum money (the guy that answers the phones quoted me 3 different per hr rates 179,188 then ...

I do not recommend using these guys. I called them at 8:30 in the morning to have them tow my car to an auto shop because it wouldn't start. They said they'd pick it up in an hour, I just needed to leave my key in my car and leave the door unlocked. I had to be at work so I did that and left. Around 2pm I hadn't heard from them nor the car shop so I got a little worried and called the car shop. They didn't have my car. I called the tow company and they told me the tow truck broke down on the way to my car. This is 5 hours after they had told me they would get my car. No one bothered to call me or tell me what was going on and my car was sitting on the side of the road unlocked with my car key sitting in it. I of course am furious about this. Then they had the nerve to call me multiple times after dropping it off to have my dad call them to pay them otherwise they were threatening to impound it. They made me wait over 5 hours to drop off my damn car and they can't wait 5 minutes for a phone call? NEVER AGAIN. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. more

These guys are scam artists. They will lie through their teeth to part you with maximum money (the guy that answers the phones quoted me 3 different per hr rates 179,188 then 199). These people will think nothing of lieing, doubling fees, impound your car (which is an additional +250), effectively jacking up prices to where you cant pay and then they will auction your car off after 5 days. Another thing, if they take your car they charge $80 a day holding fee and they are closed on Sat/Sun. That means you will be out an additional $160 if these guys tow your car away on a fri night. Funny like the other reviewer said, the same guy also hung up on me too. He waited until we reached the destination to drop the bomb on me then hung up. wow classy guys these all city guys. more

Great Job..Highly recommend... 12/11/2010

Car broke down the other day and after reading reviews I was a lil worried but I called anyways and I was actually treated with the utmost respect and the dispatcher was actually very helpful pin pointing my exact location, she had a truck out in less than 30 minutes and the driver was also very polite and took extremely good care of my lowered car..Highly appreciate great service and even though I hope to never call you guys again if I do I will no doubt call All City again....Thanks again... more

I lied and I'm not proud of it! Please read my story below 9/20/2010

So, I have a confession to make, I used to work for the Sky Valley Towing and they have been slow for a while so on September 2, 2010 they had me in the office writing false bad reviews about their completion and good reviews about them online. I didn't want to do it at first, but they forced my hand and told me that I HAD to lie and write these false reports or I would be fired! In this economy, I just couldn’t afford to lose my job even though it’s crappy and the pay sucks…that’s another story. Well, amongst other lies they wanted me to fabricate like falsifying office files, I just couldn't do it anymore, so I had to quit! one of my user names on citysearch was ur knotgonnalikeit and the title was ""Rude and hostie"". I don't have access to that account anymore since I forgot the password so I couldn't delete it like I wanted to they had me make so many fake accounts I couldn't track them all down... I actually know the ALL CITY at all and I just feel sick about what I did so I'm doing the best I can to try to correct the wrongs I did and set the RECORD STAIGHT for all those I hurt in the process I AM SOOOO SORRY! Please Forgive me ALL CITY! Don't hold my stupidly against me. I am reporting what they made me to Labor and Industries so Sky Valley Towing cannot victimize others employees and other good upstanding businesses the way that they have victimized me. more

Rude and hostile 9/2/2010

Tried to resolve a dispute over 8 dollars and had my manhood called into question followed up with being cussed at and hung up on. I that's your kind of customer service, then All City Towing is for you. more

High Recommended! 4/26/2010

This small establishment had the best rates around and quality service. Considering the low rates waiting a little longer than expected was nothing more than a small dent in a car, which also reflects the dent in my wallet. The service I received was fast and efficient, I couldn't ask for more. He got the job done, and hopefully in enough time to help other people as well. I would highly recommend All City Towing Services to a friend, family member, and even a complete stranger. Pros: In one word- Everything! more

Mike at All City Towing Queen Anne is SUPER friendly and helpful. He took time out from what he was doing to help me with something unrelated. He jumped out of his truck and enthusiastically went to work for me. THANK YOU!!!!!!! more

VERY unreliable 3/23/2010

Over 2 hours to get a tow? And I still ended up having to call another company to have my car towed? Cost me alot of time and money. BE WARE of using these guys... You get what you pay for! Cheap price if you are lucky you might get a cheap tow some day? MAYBE Pros: Cheap? Cons: Bad service / unreliable more

Excellent and friendly service 2/18/2010

I don't know exactly what happened to my car this morning, but in summary, my car died on the freeway. \r \r I got my car towed by them this afternoon. At first, I saw the reviews for All City on this website and was relatively set aback by the reviews on this site that touted the single star as well as name it was listed under Google's search. I called around to all the other companies listed before this one (mainly because they were listed before this one) and found that every company was more expensive. \r \r Though it took roughly 90 minutes for my car to get towed, it was worth the wait, in my opinion. I was charged a flat rate of $75 whereas some other businesses wanted upwards of $65 for the initial setup fee in addition to mileage fees (Lincoln towing quoted me $35 for the first 6 mines and $15 every mile thereafter). \r \r Now that I actually see the company's ad on Google, I know that I could have gotten the service at an even cheaper price seeing as the route I needed was slightly under 3 miles (the website states a $50 flat-rate towing is offered with no stated conditions limiting it otherwise). \r \r The driver is very friendly, the service was cheaper than any I had found, and overall, I would be using this company if I ever have any more issues with my car. Great Company 2/18/2010

My car broke down the other day and I never needed a tow before this so I basically took a guess on who to call..411 patched me through to All City Towing and from the very beginning I felt comfortable and at ease, they had a truck arrive within 30 minutes and towed my poor car home..I highly recommend and hope I never need to use there services again but if I do they will be the first people I call. Poor Service from Driver!! 12/9/2009

The driver picked up my car and brought it to a business for repairs. my problem is his actions after he arrived. the driver dropped the vehicle right in the middle of the lot, blocking any traffic and the bays. i politely asked if he could back the (non starting) vehicle back about 10 feet and he said no. i then politely asked if he minded getting in and steering the car while i pushed it back and he said no and walked back into his truck and left. that quick. Horrible--so disappointed after such good reviews! 11/22/2009

I called All City Towing and was told they would be there in 45 minutes. The dispatcher was helpful, was honest about a high wait time (seasons play offs for some soccer thing???--he never told me this, I can only assume) but said a truck would be there to jump my car in 45 minutes, knew exactly where I was. After two hours I called them back and got no answer, no call from them. Thankfully a friend was finally able to come jump my car and I left. On hour THREE the tow truck driver called to ask where I was, when I told him I got a jump and left he hung up on me. Pros: ? Cons: three hours late from quote, no communication more

Cheap rates with great service. 3/14/2009

My car had a flat and I didnt have the tire lock key so I was forced to get it towed, person answering phone was nice and he had a truck arrive in a reasonable amount of time and tow my poor car to the shop before they shop closed, thanks guys... Pros: Fast, Affordable more
