Timeliness is a major issue. Also, the owner takes no responsibility for missing the deadline, citing car maintenance, asking if I've ever had my car worked on. Like cars, trophies can require unique parts, this can be late.\r

I ordered my trophy on the 13th of September, was told it would be ready on the 26th, I called in the 27th (I initiated this contact), and was told the parts were in but the trophy had not been assembled. I asked them to call me when it was done. They called me later and told me that the parts were actually NOT in the store and wouldn't arrive until Monday.\r

I came in to the store and asked to speak to the owner, who told me that it was a unique part in a catalog they rarely use and that's why it was late. He also said, ""We like to date things early so that if they come in late, they're still on time."" I told him that didn't make sense.\r

My main issue is of course the tardiness of the company. And since I see I'm not the only one, I'm less frustrated. My second issue is the\r

UTTER AND COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY.\r

It is your company's fault that your product was late. Do not defer it to the shipper, or the fact that you date things early in some weird way that your store and only your store do. Just accept the issue, apologize, and make me an offer to keep me satisfied as a customer.\r

As of right now, I will never go back, and never refer this store to someone else. DO NOT GO TO ALL AWARDS
