I've tried out multiple businesses for laser hair removal, but none of them gave me the kind of personalized attention and quality of service that Alite provides. It really has that home town, Austin feel to it. Super cute and cozy offices with super friendly staff and experienced professionals doing the laser work is a huge plus. \r \r In my opinion this is the best laser hair removal business in Austin and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alite Laser to any of my friends, or family. In fact, I have recommended it and my sister goes to them for waxing and electrolysis! more

The best in the biz when it comes to zapping unwanted hair for good. Stop wasting money on waxing and be bikini ready year round with laser hair removal. It's less painful, more cost efficient and more convenient. Alite provides a pleasant atmosphere with a downtown location that includes parking. more

I am currently in the process of having laser hair removal on my legs at the Alite location in Round Rock. I got a good deal with a Groupon for 6 treatments I upgraded to use on my legs. I have only had two treatments and have seen good results already. What I like about Alite is that they use a temporary paint to mark where they have applied the laser, so they know the area has been completely covered. Also, they make sure include your toes with the lower leg. I was surprised how well the laser worked on me. I noticed that my leg hair has stopped growing in some spots and when it does grow back it is really slow growth and lighter than it was before. Best Money spent! 10/29/2011

This is my first time to write a review but after my awesome experience there, I feel it's well deserved. I had debated getting laser treatment because I had heard so many horror stories from my friends. When I bought the Groupon for bikini hair removal, I was very nervous. A year later I am now going back to do my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I do not EVER have to shave or wax and Dawn has always been professional, knowledable and made me feel comfortable. I am excited to have my legs done too and know it is a great value for my money. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are going to do laser hair removal, do your homework and go to a place that has the reviews to back it. Alite Laser is AWESOME! Pros: null Cons: null more

I just completed my third hair removal treatment at Alite L 4/21/2011

I just completed my third hair removal treatment at Alite Laser on my bikini, and I LOVE it!!!! The first session was really scary because I was concerned about the pain. The first treatment happen to be the only treatment that I experienced a sharp, pinch-like feeling with each ?blast? from the laser (the feeling went away as soon as she was finished with the treatment, my second treatment I hardly felt any pain at all.) The absolute best thing I have found from this experience is that I no longer have irritation or razor burns from shaving. When I use to shave before Alite Laser, the next day I would have bumps and redness from even the expensive razors. I didn?t know which was worst, hair or razor burn. I was told that it would take 8-10 treatments for my desired hair removal process and I?m already overjoyed with just my third treatment! I wish I had done this years ago! more

Thousands of dollars gone 11/11/2010

I still have hair in all the areas I had lasered even though they guaranteed after 6 sessions it would be gone and after 12 sessions, I STILL have hair. You should never guarantee something you can't live up to. more

Smooth New Me! 10/21/2010

I'd had electrolysis about 12 years ago, and found it highly unpleasant, and only partially effective. My face was always puffy and red after treatments, and I was really nervous about getting hair removal again and the end of a needle or a laser... more

amazing results, good service, clean spa! 10/12/2010

Hair removal places are not created equal! Alite Laser really works! I have been to other places. (big mistake) Its not that painful. Especially after a few sessions because your hair is not as course. It also doesn't take very long. I did Brazilian and I'm in and out in 10 minutes. Brunie is the best- fast & friendly too. I highly recommend this to everyone I know. I never shave! Its great. Plus, it makes my skin look fresher and younger b/c there is no hair follicle anymore. I will be doing my legs when i can afford it. I'm already doing my underarms. :-) more

Much better results than I imagined 10/12/2010

Feels exactly as I was warned--like a rubber band being snapped against my skin--and yet more painful than that sounds, somehow. But I couldn't be happier with the results--only one treatment so far, and I look so well groomed! Chelsea is professional and very competent and makes you comfortable, no matter how delicate the area you are lasering. I was a reluctant laser convert, but a fervent convert now! more

highly recommend for laser hair removal in austin 9/6/2010

I usually do not have the time to write reviews, but several of the reviews on here helped me choose Alite Laser so i figured i would pass it on since i had a wonderful experience. I am picky, and like to know my options so i went to many different places around Austin before choosing Alite laser, i chose it based on reviews, pricing, and the honest, not pushy, atmosphere. It was by far the best choice; great results, and a wonderful, personal staff that makes you feel comfortable. I got my treatments from Chelsea, but I'm sure they are all as great! I had to move out of state so i was not able to finish my treatments but i already had great results and was able to leave without wasting money because of a contract! Can't go wrong more

THE place for laser hair removal in Austin 6/27/2009

I have always thought about getting my unwanted hair lasered off, but held back because of the cost and unknown side effects. The folks at Alite were very cool to cut me a package deal with great pricing since I am having so many areas done (they have a great special going on right now, too!). Like everyone, I was a bit nervous in the beginning but Brunie's honesty, knowledge, and professional yet warm demeanor immediately put me at ease (which is especially important if you're getting a Brazilian done!). I am only at my second treatment and already I'm seeing results and have gotten complements on how "hairless" I am! Brunie does a wonderful job. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Alite (and Brunie!) to anyone considering getting laser hair removal. Pros: comfortable environment, professional people, great prices Cons: limited parking immediately upfront (7 or so slots) more
