I called them because they were a BBB business, and just bought a house that needed the A/C looked at. Pros: none - they never showed up Cons: I did not get charged

The past few days have been torture trying to get this company to do its job. If you are looking for an a/c company that has poor customer service, drags its feet, and won't listen to helpful customer input, this one's for you. Pros: none Cons: poor customer service more
