I have been having this problem with my locks but no one seemed to know what's going on. I have had 2 other locksmiths fix this but still no one can ever solve the issue. Good thing one acquaintance recommended Alamo Key & Lock. This is the only service in the area who seemed to know what they are doing. Their guy patiently explained to me the real issue and came up with the best solution there is. And it was the most practical and inexpensive solution! I shall call no one else! more

High quality service at very low cost! 2/4/2012

We had to have our new house re-keyed right after we purchased it. It was Alamo Key & Lock who was able to provide the best quote. Their customer service was very polite and professional. Their guy called the day before to confirm the appointment. He showed up early on the appointed day and finished the job quickly. I am highly recommending this company to anybody looking for high quality service at very low cost! more

Reasonable charge! 2/2/2012

It's not easy to find tradesmen who are friendly and truly passionate about their craft these days. But Alamo Key & Lock is a real deal! I believe it was such a difficult task but their tech did it so well and without showing any unpleasant attitude. It's what you call 'grace under pressure'. He was kind enough to explain to me in detail what happened. He came up with a very good solution. The best part is the reasonable charge! more

Excellent service!! 1/31/2012

Excellent service is alive at Alamo Key & Lock! I recently had a deadbolt re-keyed. But only then did I know that the spring in the deadbolt was broken. It means to say that all this time I have been living in a house with a defective deadbolt where anyone could just have slid the deadbolt back. I thought they were gonna charge me a lot more because of this extra work. But no there was no additional cost, they charged me a very inexpensive rate! more
