I called AJ Air & Heat when my air conditioning unit broke. The technician came out to analyze the problem and explained the status of the situation. He was very understanding of where I stood and told me what to expect in the short and long term--how long the unit was likely to last and when I would need to fix it later down the line. He told me the cost of the repair upfront and the price was reasonable. Once I approved the repair he fixed the unit and I've had no problems since then. In the past other people have taken a long time to figure out what the problem is and try to put on additional costs for things that I don't really need. The technician from AJ Air & Heat was very knowledgeable and got straight to the problem. He didn't try to up-sell me. more

AJ Air & Heat came over and didn't take that long to get it done. He took his time and was courteous. The house was 85 degrees when he got here so he got it set up quick. He got to the house at 3 and it was cool by 7. I was completely satisfied. I appreciate the work he did. more

We have a new air conditioner and it still has warranty, but the service center doesn`t want to send a worker even to check the problem. They say if we want we can bring the air conditioner to them. So I had to call a HVAC professional. While I was checking yellow pages I found this one. It`s an unpleasant feeling to give your almost new purchase in the hands of some1 you don`t know. But I have to say that in just few hours the conditioner was working very well, like before. I recommend this professionalist! more

Our A/C quit working the night before. My wife called the next morning and the technician was at our house a noon that same day. He was couteous, fast, and thorough in identifying the problem and explaining the relatively inexpensive solution to both me and my wife. He fixed it!
