THEY ADD ON EXTRA FEES AND COST AND ARE VERY RUDE. FIRST, THEY HAD THE CAR PRICED ONLINE FOR $18K AND TOLD US IT WAS $23K. ONCE THE PRICE WAS CLEARED UP I WAS READY TO MOVE ON AND LET THAT GO. SECONDLY TOTAL LOAN AMOUNT WAS NOT MAKING SENSE. I WAS PUTTING 5K DOWN. I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS STILL HIGH. I KEEP ASKING THE MANAGER WHY THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS SO HIGH. THE SALES MANAGER, ALEX, DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME AND WAS RUDE ABOUT TAKING THE TIME TO BREAK DOWN THE LOAN AMOUNT. FINALLY, HE DID AND THATS WHEN WE FOUND OUT THEY WERE ADDING ON EXTRAS. WELL, THEY ADDED A $2,500 EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT WE DIDN'T ASK FOR AND TRIED TO PASS IT OFF LIKE IT CAME WITH THE CAR. AND, $3,200 GAP INSURANCE THAT WE DIDN'T ASK FOR.ONCE WE SAID WE DIDN'T WANT EITHER OF THOSE ITEMS HE GOT UPSET. OH WELL, THE CAR CAN SIT THERE ANOTHER 30 DAYS, LET SOMEONE ELSE BE SUCKA!! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER CARS OUT HERE TO GET STUCK ON ONE. NO DEAL!!!!! more

The on-site service manager is very customer oriented and wants the customer to be happy. Airport Marina should know that he is an asset to their company. Customer service is taken very serious by him. Other companies say that customer service is #1, but Leonard has proven this to me. I will continue to bring my car there. more

The other poster was right, they will lie about your credit score and give you a high interest rate...all the good reviews you see here the employees posted them..pls go to another dealership..bigger one more

My wife and I went in to look at a used Ford Expedition, after working the numbers and looking at multiple vehicles on the lot, and going back and fourth with the finance office, we decided on purchasing a new 2010 Ford Expedition, after working with the ""Numbers"" we chose to pay a point higher interest rate to be financed with Ford Credit, I am very loyal to Ford Credit, I have 2 paid off loans in the last 3 years with Ford Credit, I put a substantial down payment down on the car, even after this, we were told that the interest rate was going to be higher through Ford. I agreed on the terms and asked in the finance office that my loan would be financed through Ford Credit, I was told ""Yes"" by the finance officer. 2 weeks later Wells Fargo calls and welcomes me as their new customer! I said there must be some mistake, Ford Credit was supposed to finance my loan, After calling multiple ""Managers"" and ""Tony"" the person the wrote up my ""Deal"" I was lied to about my credit score, even though I knew what it was before I went in, I was lied to about a paper saying I wouldn't be financed through Ford Credit, I was told I was turned down by Ford Credit, etc....etc.....etc!! I called Ford Credit and was told that the dealership sets the interest rate and they choose who finances who! I still have not received my rejection letter from Ford Credit. I was lied to in the finance office, I was lied to when I tried to get the dealership to correct their mistake, if I knew Ford Credit was not going to get my loan, then I would have come to the dealership with my own financing. I was cheated, lied to and miss informed by the finance office and this dealership, which ""Tony"" even admitted they lied, all I got was a ""sorry"" we can finance you with Chase if you want..... I am now stuck with a loan from a bank I hate and paying more because of lies.... Never go to this dealership, they are just like a lot of other dealerships, scum bags more

I am a customer of Airport Marina Ford for over 6 years, for all my car's maintenance and repair needs. The staff has always been very nice, professional and helpful, the service fast and fair. I had a small problem twice during these years, both times the service director, Leonard personally corrected it right away, well making up for the small inconvenience. He is very dedicated to excellent customer care, making sure every customer leaves happy and his positive attitude mirrors in the staff, as well. I am always confident that my car and I get the best possible treatment without any "" Funky-Monkey Business"" that most other places would pull-off... :-) more

DO NOT take your car here for service - I made the mistake of bringing my car here for regular service and over the past few visits have realized that none of the service ""advisors"" have any idea what they are talking about. They diagnose problems and make repairs on little more than a hunch... Twice I have brought my car in, had them make repairs and had to return within a week because my car was performing WORSE than it had before I brought my car in. Women especially beware - they see dollar signs when you drive your car into the service department. I would suggest you take your car to Midas, Vista Ford or someplace else - this place is a total fraud. I would also mention that the women who work in the cashier/office are fat, rude and never say ""thank you."" more
