This was the first time we used Airplus of California INC. We found them on the internet. You have to pay for them to come down and give you an estimate but they were professional and competitive. The technician was very good and answered all of our questions, talked to our landlord, and offered us alternatives so everything he did was perfect. He put a new manifold in the furnace and fixed it. He also checked out our air conditioning. Everything is good now, everything went right. more

Highly recommend them. 3/26/2014

I've been using Airplus of California INC. for quite a few years. They recently did our annual winter air-conditioning heater service and filter change. I was very happy with their work. They do a good job. I ask a lot of questions and they talk to you and explain things. more

Nice service 3/20/2014

I had a leak in my ceiling and we didn't know where it was. Airplus of California found it in the A/C unit and fixed it. He was polite but it did take a while. more

Substanially exceeded my expectations 3/13/2014

In regards to my experience with Airplus of California INC, the gentlemen who came out to fix my unit was terrific. Not only was he on time and prompt but he was also very detailed and thorough in his process. If needed again I would hire him in a heartbeat and I can't say enough about how well of a job he did. I had a problem with our warranty service in our new home. Airplus of California answered the phone right away. We scheduled an appointment for just two days later, and the technician was here when he said he would be. He fixed the problem, and everything seems to be working fine now. more

Airplus of California have been coming out for about a year. I don't know if they installed the system originally, because we bought the house with it there. They are really polite when they come out. more

Satisfied 2/5/2014

Airplus of California does repairs and tune-ups of our unit. I continue to use them not just because they were the ones to install the unit but I was happy with their service. What impressed me is their willingness to take the time to resolve the issue. I've had two techs who went above and beyond to spend the time getting the unit working. Josh S. more

Airplus sent over some guys who came and checked my AC. Once they deduced the problem they went ahead and fixed the issue. So I was satisfied with their effort. more

The serviceman from Airplus of California was polite, on time, and very professional. A very nice person. He didn't leave a mess or anything like that. We have a contract with them and we get routine maintenance from them. They do it very well. more

Airplus of California came in when we called to have our HVAC system looked at. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and make the proper adjustments. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable the whole time. more

Thorough and informative. 12/20/2013

Airplus of California examined our whole system and cleaned it all out very thoroughly. They were great at explaining what the conditions were and giving recommendations for what we should do. They came out last year to do the same thing, and everything was great both times. more

Very quick and convenient service. 12/16/2013

The heater wasn't working in the downstairs section of my house. Airplus of California sent somebody out the day of my call. They fixed it within 15 minutes. It was very convenient being able to call them and have them here so quickly to get it done. more

Good service, but incomplete. 12/10/2013

A serviceman from Airplus of California came to check out everything. The installer explained to me why things weren't working the way they were suppose to, which I understand better now. He was very nice and changed out the filter. The grates were suppose to be changed out during the install, but I have yet to see them follow through. They said it'd be a few weeks. RESPONSE FROM Airplus of California INC: A follow-up promised at time of installation was missed by our team. So sorry that we didn't catch this until the next planned service visit! Doreen's two missing grill have been rounded up for her.. we get a C- on this one. Airplus :-( more

I am 110% happy and satisfied. Things were great from the get-go. 12/3/2013

Airplus of California just gave really great service. The great service started from the first point of contact. When I first called them, they came out within 24 hours. One reason I went with them instead of staying with another company for all of my needs was that the other company gave me a very high quote for AC work. He said it was going to be about $95 dollars. That's what caused me to shop around. Airplus gave a great estimate. We have an older home, and one of the concerns we deal with is having people try to up-sell us. Because we live in a beach city, we didn't think we needed all that AC stuff. Airplus agreed with us. When they came out, there was some equipment that our older home didn't have. That normally would have pushed the cost up, but they honored their original estimate. We were happy! more

Fixed my heater. 11/27/2013

Airplus of California came out here to fix my heater after it hadn't been working right for a while. It was a wonderful experience. I honestly couldn't find a single bad thing to say about them. They got here to do the job on time, too! more

Well-groomed gentleman who provide thorough and high quality service. 11/26/2013

We started using Airplus of California Inc. a couple of years back. They do all they need to do to keep our heating and air system running. They have cleaned out our furnace, changed our filters, and checked our air conditioner. On one of their more recent visits, the gentleman came in and absolutely took the air conditioner apart in order to clean it down. No one had ever done that! We like that the servicemen are well-groomed and polite. I hate when people come into my home looking sloppy. These guys though are very respectful. They always do a thorough job, too. We have been very happy with the service of Airplus of California. They are nice and hardworking. Soon we will need to replace our old furnace, and we will use them for that when the time comes. We would highly recommend anyone to GO WITH THEM! more

Airplus of California came to fix our furnace. Mike was the one who came to service our unit. He was very prompt, responsive, and professional. He had his little booties on immediately! We have babies who are learning to crawl, so we appreciated that. We didn't even have to ask him to put them on. He thought about it right away. He wasn't in my house for a long time, he explained everything he was doing, and he made extra sure we knew how to work the thermostat. He also cleaned our filter. It was a very pleasant experience overall. more
