Very satisfied. 6/11/2013

We've been using them for years. Twice a year they come out and service our air conditioner and heater, changing filters and such. If we have a problem in between then they come out immediately. more

Excellent. 6/10/2013

Airplus of California fixed a broken vent for us. It took about two weeks because they had to order a part. We haven't had to call for repairs. The electric and gas has been great. It was all okay. more

I used to use them on my other house before I moved. It was great when they would come out. they would come on time, and always did a good job. I moved out of that house and into a different one and my experience with them has been the same. They always answer any questions I have and they always wear foot covers so they don't track dirt everywhere. more

They service my heater and air conditioner two times a year. They're very thorough. If there has been an issue, they bring it to my attention. I've used them for around 5 years now. more

My husband and I are both disable and unable to change the air conditioning filters ourselves. So, we recently called Airplus of California and the gentleman they sent out was able to change the filters and check the system for us. He did very well. more

I had some problems with the air conditioner vents in the attic and Alex, from Airplus of California, came out and fixed the two leaks for me. He told me that I had to have someone come out and clean the ducts. So, I called a different company to come out and do the duct cleaning and they told me the ducts had to be replaced. They told me it would cost $1,900. I called Airplus and asked them back out to get their recommendation; I have been using them since 2008 and I trust them and wanted to know what they would say. This time, they had Daniel come out and he told me everything up there looked fine. From the experience with that other company, I can see the difference in service. Airplus has provided great service, they do not charge me for unnecessary work and I appreciate their honesty. I truly trust them. more

The young man who came out from Airplus of California was very polite. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He came out both times I called them and I'm very happy with his service. In turn, I'm happy with the company because they sent him out with good training. The first time I called Airplus, I was having issues with my furnace. My furnace would not come on or shut off when it was supposed to and one room was not getting any heat at all. The technician found that the furnace was not connected properly and there was water accumulating inside the furnace from the condensation, and he fixed the problem. The second time I called them out because I had a problem with my thermostat. He saw to it that the room that is furthest away from the furnace was getting adequate heat. more

They do the maintenance on all of my air conditioners and furnaces. They come out three times a year for inspections, cleaning, and to fix anything that's needed. I've been working with them around seven years now. more

Prompt, efficient, pleasant, and reasonable. 3/11/2013

We had a system that was updated about 10-15 years ago and needed services. Airplus of California Inc came in, serviced the system, and gave us recommendations. It's working beautifully right now. They gave us a ballpark figure to replace the system but they were not pushy. They were very pleasant and nice, left information, and explained more services if we wanted it. We signed up because it was a good deal. There are a lot of companies that are there to sell, not to service, but Airtouch provided services and then gave their opinion and didn't push us to buy anything new. They let you know that they are available. My son-in-law recommended them and we are very pleased. They are the epitome of good services. more

They came because of a problem, and we told them about the problem. They addressed it right away and came up with a solution the same day. They scheduled an appointment to come back and fix it, and now it's working nicely. more

Trustworthy air conditioning service company 9/28/2012

Airplus of California repaired a broken TXV valve in my air conditioner. It was a great experience because I did not feel like I was being up-sold. When the technician arrived, he did not know what the problem was, but he was thorough and competent, and he quickly identified the problem. At every step of the way, he explained what he was doing, which made me feel comfortable. He did a great job! more

What was really great about it was, since my wife has been ill, they manipulated their schedule around so that they could serve us. Everyone came right on time. The first gentleman who came to do the inspection said he would come at 9, and he was here at 9. The service guys were supposed to be here at 8, and they were here at 8. They were very clean, wore booties in the house, covered everything, and were very respectful of one's house. They were very efficient in their work, no spending time on their cell phones or anything. They were all business, and all very friendly too. more

Mike is the best. 9/11/2012

I just had my air conditioner serviced for the 1st time (from Airplus) and MIKE was my service rep. If my company had an opening for him, I would hire him in 5 SECONDS! He was by far, the most professional, smart, clean, efficient, and trustworthy individual, that I have ever met on a service call at my home. I will definitely call Airplus again, use him for my heater service, and two other homes in the area. WARNING: You better take care of that employee, because someone is sure to scoop him up! He is very valuable to any company out there. Thank you for giving me the confidence in home service again! KUDOS to AIRPLUS and Mike! more
