HVAC contractors 6/17/2015

We had Cole come out and went over our heating and cooling systems and did a great job - he noticed our outside air conditioning unit was loaded with leaves and dirt and cleaned it all up for us. We have been very happy with our service from Air Mechanical and we have recently added a water softner and water heater in addition to our heating and cooling units. more

Brian and Albert, and Chad D, fixed problems for me, that all other companies wouldn't touch. They completed all projects in a timely manner, and did it right. I highly recommend these professionals to handle your maintenance needs of your home! more

AC Compressor -- and mice 5/28/2015

My AC was down. Air Mechanical came out promptly and discovered the problem: a mouse had nested inside the compressor wiring box and chewed through the power line. That's the last time that mouse will try that. The tech replaced the wire whip. Took a half hour. Reasonable cost and great service. more

Less than good 5/14/2015

I chose to use this company for a water heater replacement, despite the fact that Home Depot, Lowes, and Center Point were all less expensive. Once installed, I realized they actually charged me more than communicated. I called to question my charges and was told I in fact was billed less than I should have been, UNBELIEVABLE! I left a message for a supervisor and he didn't have the courtesy to even call me back. Repair work was fine but customer service to put it kindly was less than good. I will not use their services in the future nor recommend anyone else does. more

Plumbing leak 5/10/2015

Chad came out within a hour of my call on a Saturday night to repair a leaky pipe. He was very courteous and professional.He explained everything he was checking and how he was going to fix the problem.He answered all of my questions.Based on my experience i would call Air Mechanical for any problem or need i have. more

Jeff O's great performance 5/6/2015

Jeff O has been out on several occasions. He has replaced our bathroom fan, repaired an air exchanger and tuned up our A/C. He is clean, professional and friendly. He cleans up after his work very nicely. He also answered a lot of my questions! I will definitely call next fall when our furnace need service. Thank you! more

Hotwater Heater Installation 3/31/2015

After consulting with Chad F and accepting the offer, he set up an immediate delivery and installation. He proceeded in removing the old water heater and getting a new one delivered. From the people doing the quotes to the people doing the work, this company's first rate. I own a number of properties and have dealt with numerous contractors. What's important to me is: be good to the residents, do what you say you will, be on time and do quality work. Old school values, this company displayed them for me. The treated my renter and me well and did a great job. more
