He did a good job 12/12/2016

I'm satisfied with the service at Air Current. They installed my air conditioner. The man who came out was absolutely great, I just found out that he's not the owner. I only had two service calls. I was trying to find out if they have a contract and they don't, so that's that. I would say the price is comparable to what's out there. I think it was $89 for the visit. He just saw what it was and checked outside and that was it. He did the job, that's about all I could tell you. more

Installation was fine, the unit has already had a couple of issues. 12/9/2016

Air Current installed a new AC unit for us in March of last year. There'd been a noise coming from the unit since the installation which I've never been comfortable with, which happens when it starts up, and it makes excessive noise when shutting down. But when they came back for a yearly checkup earlier this year, in June or July, they said it was fine and that it wasn't a problem. Then I had to call Air Current again a few weeks ago because the AC unit stopped working completely. The technician came out and said something about a wire, that it might have burnt out or something, and he was able to correct it so that it works now. But frankly if that's the case then I think there must be poor workmanship on the unit. The last unit we had lasted for 15 years and we only ever had one problem with it. The installation itself was fine, I just question the quality of the unit. I thought it was under warranty but they charged me $85 to do the fix. I don't know if it should have been covered, honestly I haven't looked at the paperwork again, but it seemed concerning that something should go wrong with it already and that we'd have to pay for it. The people who did the installation and the technician did fine jobs, but I do have some issues with the quality of the unit so far. more

replaced my AC, no problems at all 12/6/2016

Air Current Inc. replaced my air conditioning unit. There were no problems at all. The technicians who came out to do the work were all great. It was very easy to set up an appointment. The price was one of the best I've seen. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new air conditioner! more

Always good and reliable service! 12/5/2016

Air Current installed my new AC system.They did a good job, it was timely, good equipment, price was right, and they were on time. I'm overall satisfied with how the AC works. It wasn't my first time using Air Current's services. I keep coming back not only because they're friends of mine, but because they've been working with my AC for about the past four years. It just makes sense to keep coming back to them, they're reliable and provide good service. more

Good work. Very expensive. 11/30/2016

This was my first time using Air Current Inc. They fixed my air conditioner. I had called them on Thanksgiving because it said that they were available 24/7. They couldn't come out until Monday. That was disappointing. The manager did call me back to apologize. She said she had sent all of the technicians home since it was Thanksgiving. I understood that, being a manager myself. It was very professional of her to call and explain. So the guy came out on Monday. He took care of the problem. The guy was really nice and knew what he was doing. The price was extremely expensive, they charged me $85 just to look at my condenser. A total of $215 to be in my house for 15 minutes. I don't know how often I would recommend them due to the cost of the service. I'm not sure I would use them again. more

Love Air Current! 11/15/2016

Air Current installed two air conditioners when we moved in. We had a problem with one of them and fixed it for no charge since we had warranty. Then, one got loose a couple months later, they tightened it, and apologized,Recently they came out to service them, one of the gentleman were the ones who installed initially. They were very professional, very good at what they were doing, very polite. They were like service men, saying yes ma'am, no ma'am, just great kids. I had called another air conditioning service before we moved in, and they never called me back. So my next call was to call Air Current and I have been so happy with them. We bought our house, we closed, and the very next day, they moved us in, it was very hot, and our air conditioner broke! We wanted it fixed very quickly, and Air Current was there for us. more

Prompt and professional, great price 11/7/2016

Air Current installed a new AC unit, and they reapplied mastic on my air ducts. They were very prompt and professional, thorough, on it, they told me what I needed, they didn't try to sell me up on things I didn't need. The price was very fair, actually they gave a discount for me, so they were able to give a lower price than the recommendation for the work. more

Arnold, Jack and Chad were very professional and very nice. They explained things that were being done and were able to answer any and all of my questions I had. Chad & Arnold were the tech's that were at my house the week before we had our new unit installed. We felt any easier decision to call AIR CURRENT partly because of them! Excellent service technicians! We will definitely recommend your company. more

Above and Beyond 9/12/2016

We've been using Air Current Inc. for many years. This time they came out to fix the fan that had come off and they fixed it without any charge and should there been any damages to my fan they were going to solve the situation. They took care of the problem. The company offers great service and the company always go above and beyond. The last tech I had was wonderful! Air Current also offers fair prices. more

Awesome Company 9/12/2016

From the office personnel to the techs.. You receive courteous professionalism and truly caring workers. I was without air and being the brutal summer we had I didn't know what to do... But thanks to Air Current Inc. I found relief in no time. They came in.. Got to work and within an hour it was up and running and life was good again.... Thank you so much Leslie... Taylor...
