Once you can actually get an appointment, and once you show up and wait 20-30 minutes for your medical service, you are set. Schell's skills are very good. But any extra questions for her outside of the actual appointment are fobbed off on staff that may or may not return your call, and if the staff decides that you aren't a candidate for the pricier services, your access to the doctor plummets.
The spa services themselves are adequate--this is mostly a place to go to for the medically oriented services like lasering, Botox, and lipo. Your experiences in massage, general skin/facial care, etc. are, for the $$$ paid, better sought in other Seattle facilities.
