I would highly recommend anyone searching for the latest age-defying treatments in a spa like environment with a highly qualified staff to visit Ageless. Yes, Dr. Schell can run a bit behind, but I relish that she never rushes me out the door, has time to answer any and all questions - and knowing that she is that way with all her patients makes the wait manageable. Her staff is always courteous and I appreciate that they make all attempts to work around my schedule as far as appointments go. The Doctor has been known to go in early and stay late - I don't know many physicians with this dedication to their patients and their practice. I have had treatments such as Botox before at my derms office. The Ageless Center is so much more beautiful and relaxing. The staff was AMAZING! They answered all my questions, did not rush me, discussed all options and considerations with me. I was so delighted with thier services, I booked two more appointments before leaving and immediately started called girlfriends from the parking lot to tell them how great the experience was. I had Botox, but am going back for a facial with glycolic peel as well as additional medical treatments. I could not be more delighted with the service and attention received. Once you can actually get an appointment, and once you show up and wait 20-30 minutes for your medical service, you are set. Schell's skills are very good. But any extra questions for her outside of the actual appointment are fobbed off on staff that may or may not return your call, and if the staff decides that you aren't a candidate for the pricier services, your access to the doctor plummets. The spa services themselves are adequate--this is mostly a place to go to for the medically oriented services like lasering, Botox, and lipo. Your experiences in massage, general skin/facial care, etc. are, for the $$$ paid, better sought in other Seattle facilities. more
