I LOVE Ageless! I HAD terrible frown lines and felt self-conscious about them, but I was too scared to get injections. I didn't want to look "frozen". After some research, I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. I learned a lot about the different options and decided that Dysport was for me. At my appointment, Dr.Schell was very comforting and knowledgeable. She made sure she fully understood what I was looking for. I'm so happy with the results!! My face looks young, bright and smooth! It doesn't look like I've had "work done", it looks natural. I highly recommend Ageless!! The staff is great and the results are amazing! more

I recently had an Bio-Ultimate Age Defying Facial with Souzon and I left the spa with an amazing glow. I swear, my skin looked about ten years younger and it felt cleaner, fresher, smoother, and refreshed. Souzon really knows her stuff ! The spa is a soothing place and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The fact that the spa is supervised by a doctor really shows in the more advanced and thorough services they provide. I will be back ! Very pleased with the facial and the results. Souzon also introduced me to the Skinmedica line which is amazing. Again, my skin looks better than it has in years! more

I finally scheduled an appointment after walking by so many times and I am so happy I did. I came in to see Dr. Schell for Botox to help correct the ungodly lines between my brows and was very pleased with the results. She also injected right around the brow area which gave me such a great lift. I never knew Botox can be used there. Whoo hoo I now have eyelids again ! Thanks again to Danielle who kept me calm through the whole process and for recommending Latisse. How can I resist if my lashes can look like hers. Everyone else I'd encountered at Ageless were very welcoming and pleasant. I only wished I came in sooner. more

Good: I loved the fact that Ageless listen to me. I am not ready to have surgery but I wanted to have somthing done to help me look younger. Wow, they have great options! Dr. Schell just did a Fractional CO2 Laser on my face neck chest and even my hands. Wow again. Maybe I can avoid having surgery altogether.. Other: So far Ageless has met all of my needs even educated me on my anti aging skin care products. Maybe I can beat the clock.. more

I finally found it! I've been looking for a place to take care of my "anti-aging" needs. I don't have time to research what products and treatments are best for keeping me looking my best, but they do. I so very much appreciate it when I buy something and can actually see results. It's been a month since my Blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) and I am so very happy with the results. My eyes look beautiful and I look 10 years younger. I'm very grateful. Dr.Schell and her staff, especially Carol Ingram and Connie Jensen made the entire experience easy and, if I may say so, pleasant. I sincerely appreciated the time they each spent with me prior to the surgery, explaining every detail and what to expect. They were very reassuring and eliminated any apprehension. So I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Schell at Ageless, a medical spa near my home in Fremont. I had a small raised nodule on my temple and wanted a certified dermatoligist to look at it for diagnosis and possible removal. I was thinking a dermatoligist with an emphasis in cosmetic surgery would be a good idea since the nodule was on my face. If removal was necessary, appearance would be a consideration. I was told by the person who answered the phone that Dr. Schell does not take a patient until the patient has seen ANOTHER dermatologist for a diagnosis. When I pointed out that the web site indicated Dr. Schell is a board certified dermatologist who appeared competent to make a diagnosis, I was told "thats not the way we do it here". So I called 3 other dermatology offices to schedule an apointment, each of which explained that it would be a month and a half until a Dr. could see me. So lets say I wait a month and a half to see a dermatologist. I'm thinking, all this time, if it is actually skin cancer, its growing all this time. (While every dermatology site you read says "SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE WARNING SIGNS"). But, not being a dermatologist, I don't know what this nodule actually IS. But, hey, I'm worried. And now it looks like I'll have to wait for a month and a half ! So I'm thinking, maybe I'm missing something here. Is Ageless a Spa or a MEdical facility. Or is it a Spa that only takes cosmetic cases. I don't know what it is. So the bottom line is, I still don't know what this little nodule is on my face and I don't know what Ageless is up to either. Spa or Clinic.? Clinic or Spa. Its confusing. But then, what do I know ? more

Ageless is totally comfy and has some truly talented estheticians. They use very high-quality products, including IS Clinical, which I used to be only able to find in LA (my skin is like silk after one of these facials, and my skin is easily irritated and prone to exczema). Also, their product prices are very good as well - they sell the MD version of Prevage for $50 LESS than the department store half-strength version. Let me know how it goes! more
