The technician was really good about explaining what was the problem and what need to be done. It was done well, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. No problem in recommending them. Affordable Plumbing and Heat did a great job on our furnace and water heater installation. 1/17/2017

Furnace installers Kyle T. and Nate, and plumber Ed, installed a new furnace and water heater in our home on Jan. 13, 2017. The appliances provided, the price, and the installation were all exactly as quoted in our estimate by Samuel B. Kyle, Nate and Ed were professional and courteous. The installations were done quickly and impeccably. Kyle took the time to go over the operation of the new wireless thermostat. Before leaving, Kyle and Nate did a great job of cleaning up, answering all of our questions, and making sure that we were satisfied with their work. We would recommend Affordable Plumbing and Heat. Reliable and reasonable rates 1/17/2017

During the past 8 years or so we have always used Affordable Plumbing for our needs. Water heaters, faucets and a wonderful home water softener has been installed over the years. They also winterize our home yearly. If we have any questions they are answered promptly. We always ask for Mike to perform our service calls. Mike is very informative, detailed and does not leave a mess! We have never been disappointed and will continue to use this company. Excellent Service 1/17/2017

Came out on a holiday weekend to replace motor in furnace. This was pretty important since it has been so cold. The job was done quickly and the serviceman was excellent. more

Furnace check for winter 1/17/2017

Prompt and did the job relatively quickly. Unfortunately for me, their was a problem but the part that was needed, they had in stock so it was fixed in a short time. The part was spendy but then who wants to wake up in a house that is freezing cuz of no heat and then you have to pay extra for an emergency call. Outstanding customer service! 1/17/2017

We used Adfordable Plumbing and Heat for several jobs at a house we were selling and the new house we bought. Each time the HVAC specialists and plumbers were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them for furnace and A/C inspection, maintenance, and repair. Great work, from start to finish. 1/17/2017

First, Brahn, the salesman, arrived promptly and gave me a thorough and clear presentation of my furnace replacement options. I agreed, and he quickly got everything set up for the furnace installation, just three days later. Nate and John, the installers, were great. They called to tell me they were on their way, and then they arrived right on time. They were courteous, efficient, and did a great job of explaining all the features of my new furnace--and the complimentary new, upgraded, programmable thermostat. They also cleaned up thoroughly. We have used Affordable Plumbing on many occasions over the years. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable time table for coming out, assessing and setting a time to do the job. When the job is over, it is done correctly, efficiently and don't need them to come out again until the next time we need something done... Reattachment of chimney cap. 1/17/2017

I've used Affordable for years. When my chimney cap, which is connected to the pipe venting the hot water heater and furnace, blew partially off during the pre-Christmas winds, I didn't hesitate to call Affordable. It took awhile for the snow to melt off the roof to have someone safely come and reattach it. When it finally did, Affordable scheduled me right away. Nigel came and did the job right. The ginormous windstorm arrived shortly afterward and the cap stayed firmly in place. I appreciate the prompt, polite service. I always recommend Affordable to everyone I know who is looking for a reliable, reasonable plumbing and heating company.
