Boiler Noise 11/9/2017

Mike did a wonderful job of diagnosing and repairing our boiler. It is much quieter and no longer leaks from the back flow valve. He explained his analysis and boiler operations to me. Thanks Mike! more

Loved that a weekend appt. is the same price as weekdays. The technician was prompt, efficient and helpful 11/8/2017

We needed a valve replaced in our kitchen. Called in on Friday and had someone out on Sunday mid morning with no weekend charge. He was prompt, called first, knew what he was doing, gave us helpful feedback and was out in less than 30 min. Would call again and recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. more

Furnace tuneup and ducting work in attic 11/8/2017

The technician, Chuck Rucker came and gave my furnace a tune up. Works great. We also had him do some ducting work in the attic from a bathroom fan to an outside vent. He is knowledgeable .Very pleased. more

Furnace not turning on when cold outside 11/7/2017

Tim came and was very professional and checked everything out thoroughly, completed his work and we haven't had any issues. I contacted Affordable because they installed my air conditioner last year and they were great. I highly recommend them. more

Quality work,,, but...... 10/25/2017

Quality work but totally missed my appointment time. I scheduled the work weeks in advance and took 1/2 day off work., just to have them totally miss the scheduled appointment window. Didn't show up till around 5pm.. I could have finished my workday and not wasted PTO. No advance call to say they were running late... I called asking for update... An hour after the appointment window the plumber called to see if I still wanted service.. $75 min charge to show up and give estimate,, even though it goes toward work to be performed,, you feel obligated to have work done,, unless you like throwing money away. Quote/bill seemed rather high considering how long I waited for the service.. Could have offered 10% off for the inconvenience. Everyone was polite and professional. All went well. There were some misunderstandings, but I think things will get better. 10/25/2017

Everything went well for the first appointment I booked. There were some misunderstandings with the scheduling, and my tenants. It isn't easy to book services for multiple properties.
