I recently purchased a second home in Naples and my primary residence is in Massachusetts. You can imagine like any home that there is plenty of work that needs to be done. Logistically this obviously presents a huge challenge and not knowing many people in the area you become concerned who you can trust to work on your property. Michael at Affordable Handyman came recommended from my Realtor. Once again I wasn?t going to be there when he did the work so I had some concern. I gave him complete access to paint, fix walls, and fix the lanai. When I arrived a couple weeks later to inspect the work that was done I couldn?t have been happier with the results. It is very clear that Michael and his team at Affordable Handyman are meticulous in their work. I have since hired Michael do many more jobs for us some while we have been in Naples and some while I am home in Massachusetts. Recently my elderly in-laws, who live in Venice, Florida wanted our help to have a pass-thru countertop that was old and dry rotted replaced. Numerous calls to locals there in Venice landed no help. My husband and I personally removed the top and brought it home to Naples to have it rebuild for installation by us there. Michael personally picked up the countertop, which more or less fell apart in our driveway and rebuilt a brand new, absolutely beautiful countertop. We were amazed at how perfectly it fit and how easily we were able to install it. Especially knowing what he had to work with to rebuild it was so damaged.
