I just wanted to say that I'm very pleased with my ADVANCE METAL ROOF. It changed the hold look of the house. The guys did a GREAT JOB. I couldn't be there, so I had my dad come over. He's a hard man to please. Once I talked to him and he liked what he saw, I knew everything was going to be okay. He can't stop talking about it. Even my neighbors are stopping by to take a look. I was shocked at the difference it made with the new roof . Those guys were very professional. They arrived when they said and they didn't leave a mess. I'm so pleased and happy with roof. The best part is I'll never have to put on another roof for the rest of my days. Thank you more

I emailed Advanced Metal Roofing on a Sunday afternoon. Within an hour of the email I received a phone call from one of their reps. We were able to set up a consult for the following Wednesday. Excellent communication! Within 2 weeks from the intial email we had our roof installed and it looks awesome! more

Very thorough in their assessment of what would be needed to warranty the roof. They did NOT cut corners just to get the job done. I had visits from several key employees and phone calls to make sure everything was going well. They were very conscientious, polite and competent! more

From the time we called for an initial consultation until the roof was installed was a time of about three weeks. We were pleased with the quick timeline and the prompt service. The materials were delivered as scheduled and the crew arrived early on the installation day and finished the job in less than a day. Our only minor complaint was that the fasia boards that had to be replaced were installed unpainted(unprimed even) so that needs to be done. Advanced Metal Roofing does roofing very well, but that's all they do so plan accordingly. more

Advanced Metal Roofing is very professional. The complete job went smoothly. Our roof turned out great. If there were any concerns during the job, they corrected them on the spot. Since the roof has been on, we've noticed a significant difference in temperature. There is a one degree difference upstairs compared to the six degrees it used to be before the new roof. We love it! We wouldn't do anything different. I've even had a couple of people compliment me on my roof and tell me they're thinking about doing the same thing, and I tell them "don't hestiate, do it now!" more

There is no number that can describe my total experience with Advanced Metal Roofing. They are so beautiful and wonderful. Like I told Duncan, when he came out here, people don't understand the frustration that I went through just trying to get someone to answer the phone. All the different companies I called and left messages with on their machines! When I called Advanced Metal Roofing, I got a live human being. The receptionist cared so much. She could tell that we really needed to get our roof fixed, and she set an appointment and had someone out by the end of the week. It flipped me out! I thought it was going to be months and months and months and... I hugged all the workers when they came out. They must have thought I was nuts. It was just so frustrating though, to get people to do something, let alone to get them to do it when they say they will. Advanced Metal Roofing has good customer service, and the respect they have for the customer is wonderful. I know they're just doing their job, but they really made me feel, from the moment they were here, that everybody cared about my situation. My experience with Advanced Metal Roofing was a totally different experience than what you get with most businesses. I was so frustrated at first, and then I finally found the people who would take the time and really cared. That's nothing a company can teach, it's something that's learned from life. The house is so much warmer now. I can really feel the difference having a new roof makes, even in this weather. And none of the commercials you see talk about the fact that the traffic noise is much quieter afterwards too. I would recommend Advanced Metal Roofing to anybody. I have no complaints. From talking to the receptionist, to Duncan coming out, to even the workers, my experience was beautiful and wonderful. I just thought they would collect the trash and stick it in the container, but they hauled it all away just like they said the would. I'm not used to people sticking to their word. I would recommend even my worst enemy to Advanced Metal Roofing. I can't praise them enough. It was just really neat to have such a wonderful experience.
