My father wanted the roofing done and after he contracted Advanced Metal Roofing, he got terminally ill. I told them the situation and they said don't worry about anything. When I told them we needed little noise in the house due to my fathers condition they told me to let them know when we where ready for them. Anytime that I have a question, they always answer the phone. When they say they are going to call you back with a response they call back. Advanced Metal Roofing installed my father's roof at his house. There were other issues that had to be resolved before they could do the roof. They helped us with those issues. We had an old back porch and it was put on after the fact, so the original roof was attached to it in such a way that it needed to come down too. They had a solution and made suggestions of how to make it work for us. They even helped us to find a contractor for the porch prior to putting on the roof. We ended up with a new porch and a new roof that covered the porch too. It really has increased the aesthetic value of the house. The timing they gave us, the schedule, was spot on in terms of how quickly they got it all done. They were in and out in no time, and stayed on schedule. They cleaned up behind themselves, even used a huge magnetic machine to pick up the nails from the old roof. They were very clean and timely! And everything was done at the price they quoted me. I've been playing with the Metal Roof Color Simulator on their website and it really helps envision how the different colors can transform the whole house. They use Kynar paint which is supposed to hold it's bright colors longer without fading or rusting. I love that you can get all the performance benefits of a metal roof and brilliant colors as well. more

I had Advanced Metal Roofing in last year to do my roof. I wanted to get it done at the end of the year for tax break purposes. They were able to get started right after Christmas, and got it done before the end of the year got started! The crew who worked on the roof were very hard-working, they worked through the weekends and even stuck out the rain we had. They didn't just pull up shop and leave when the rain started, but they waited around until it stopped to continue working up on the roof. They worked hard and cleaned up their mess when they were done. They were a nice bunch of guys. Also, the installation guys were good guys too. Everything was finished on time and looks great! I'd highly recommend their services. more

First of all my husband and I were extremely impressed at how quickly Advanced Metal Roofing installed our new roof. It took about a day to get it done, they came back a second day to finish up and to clean up. We couldn't even tell they'd been here, there was no material left behind. They were professional and responsible. We've lived in our house for about twelve years, and we had a shingle roof that we we're looking to have re-shingled. We figured a good estimate for it would be around $10,000 and that would only last about ten years or so and would be even more costly when we needed to re-shingle again. So we explored different methods of roofing. The guy they sent out for the estimate was awesome! He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He explained the whole makeup and technology behind metal roofing and how energy efficient it was. He described how the whole installation process would go. First and foremost, this company is high quality and professional. Since this is an older house and it was the end of winter, we didn't really notice a huge difference with the temperature. However, during this summer, we have noticed a huge difference already. Our house is a two-story, and it used to be that when you were halfway up the stairs, you felt a twenty degree difference. Now, it's unbelievable how cool it stays! We are both extremely pleased and satisfied with our decision. We've told people that anyone who is worrying or on the fence about making a decision like this, to do the math, this is a sound financial investment. You won't need to re-do your roof anytime soon! Advanced Metal Roofing was wonderful! They cleaned everything up wonderfully, and the guys were just so nice. They were wonderful, all of them were. Our roof looks really, really nice. We're very proud of it. We've got the best looking roof in the whole place! We had a little piece come off a couple of days after the work was done. It was just a piece of gutter that had come off, and my husband couldn't get on a ladder and put it back up because he is legally blind, but George, the inspector, put it back up. He was wonderful! I am pleased with Advanced Metal Roofing and my new diamond white metal roof! The info provided during the initial consultation was very thorough. It appeared to be a little expensive purchase up front. When knowing I'd never have to worry about the roof again, it was an easy and logical decision to make for the long run. The roofing contractors had the metal roof installed in two days and were very professional. They had pride in their work and went around the home numerous times to ensure everything was cleaned up, even though it was Christmas Eve. Even though the home is 24 years old, the new metal roof makes it look new again. I have also noticed it not getting as unbearably hot inside this summer too. If I had given this review a few months ago, it would have been overwhelmingly positive. I hired Advanced Metal Roofing after seeing their commercials on TV and reading about them on the internet. They replaced my old shingled roof with a brand new metal roof, and I'm actually pleased with the appearance of it. This was my first metal roof, and I was drawn to the idea that it would be a one-time replacement. Everyone I dealt with from Advanced were pleasant and informative. It took them about three days to finish everything, and I was happy with the job. That was back in January. In early June, a piece of vinyl fell off, and I phoned in about it. I was told after everything was finished that if anything ever went wrong, just to call. It's been over a month now, and I still haven't heard back from them. And I have called in multiple times. To be ignored after spending so much money, that's unacceptable. They really need to work on their customer follow ups, because this is no good. When you pay a lot, you expect good service. The job itself was completed within the designated time frame, so I don't understand why my issue--which wouldn't take long to fix--hasn't been addressed. Advanced Metal Roofing do a good job installing roofs, and if their customer service was better, they might be a great company. more

I am so pleased with Advanced Metal Roofing that all I do is brag about them!! People pass by my house on the road and the first thing they tell me is how good my roof looks. I then tell them how nice it is. I got the color I wanted, burgundy, to match the window shutters outside. The people at Advanced Metal Roofing did the job in two days. They were very efficient and didn't leave any mess. After the job, it was so clean that it looked like they had never been here! I looked up Advanced Metal Roofing in the phone book because I didn't know anybody in the business. My roof was going to pot, and I didn't want to get the same roofing after ten years. I decided to try something new, so the young man from Advanced Metal Roofing came and explained everything, making sure I understood everything that was going on and how. He was very thorough. He told me that my electric bill would go down and this was something I wasn't really sure about. But it's true! After the job, my electric bill has not been looking sky high. It's never been under one hundred and usually at this time of the year, it is two or three hundred dollars because the AC is running all day. They were very professional. Reguardless of the amount of $ involved there needs to be a better way to protect panels from being scratched up due to tool falling every panel has metal showing even Jermy did his best but you can not touch up scratches 8' to 10' long. We are not roofing experts and it's questanble if the installer even is? Find a new installer. more
