Thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable 9/10/2011

I would recommend anyone who needs a dentist to visit Advanced Dental Care at Lakewood Ranch before going anywhere else. I am terrified of the dentist and Jennifer and Dr. Purcell were so kind and helped me to feel comfortable beyond what I have experienced at any other dental facility. They were there for me after my procedure and seemed sincerely concerned about how I was feeling. The office staff was exceptional as well. Dental service is very professional. I would like to actually see a dentist occasionally. The hygienists are very good and explain procedures to you. more

Poor 9/8/2011

I have to wait one month to get an appointment, and then I received a call one day before mi appt. to re-schedule my appt for one month later, so I had to wait two months to see a dentist. It was crazy, so I changed to another dentist. more

I was very impress with his knowledge and his caring nature. He explained everything to me clearly and gave me great adive concerning my dry mouth and how to take care of it. more

Always wonderful people, especially Keverly, our hygienist. No one pushes procedures on you, very conservative which we like, but we know they truly care about our choppers! Vert friendly staff, always with a smile which is refreshing. more

Dr. Purcell, gets high ratings from me because he has a good sense of humer which is a good complement to his obvious professional skills. Assistants were also excellent as was billing/skeduling area. Also I did not have wait. more

Dental procedure went well. Much better than I expected, however, I walked out of the office with a head cold. Was healthy before procedure. Any correlation to the oxygen naxal prongs?? more

I have been a patient at this location for approximately 7-8 years and have always been impressed with everyone there. They are always happy and friendly and explain everything to you as they take care of your teeth. Thanks for treating me with such care and compassion. more
