Outstanding Patient Care 10/25/2011

Dr. Purcell provided me with outstanding patient care, second only to my daughter, an LVI Fellow. His assistant, Jennifer performed her duties in an exceptional manner. The two work together in great harmony and synergy. I will refer Dr. Purchell to all of my friends and neighbors. I am very grateful to Dr. Purchell for his gentle and scrupulous work ethic. more

Wisdom tooth extraction 10/12/2011

A great job! Both Dr. Childers and his assistant gave an excellent description of what was going to happen and then did it. The printed after procedure instructions were also very thorough. The only pain I experienced was the single needle that went into the inside of my gum to numb it and Dr. Childers forewarned me that it would briefly sting. The extraction itself was painless. I have not had any pain since the procedure, even after the sedative elapsed. A great job! more

Visit on 10/6 10/7/2011

My cheek is bruised and swollen, my tongue and lip sore, and my gums bleeding. I sat in the chair for two hours. The dentist did not communicate to me what he was doing. The estimate was for about $1,000, and seems to have turned into $1,300, and I don't know why. This has been a bad experience. more

Best Dental Doctor and Staff 9/20/2011

Excellent workmanship, friendly and very knowledgable. I don't worry about my insurance, they do it all and I am told my co-pay which has never been wrong. Excellent service and the atmosphere is calming. They put you at ease and though the sound of the drill still frightens me, they make me feel less afraid by their professionalism. more
