Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This company is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT.

my family feel safe 8/17/2011

We are very happy with our decision to go for ADT home security. I and my family can feel safe in our home. After being highly referred from a friend to call ADT, I knew I would go with them right from the start. The installer came right on time was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He assured me that if there were any problems after the install that they will be dealt directly with him. There have been no issues but whenever I call with a question their customer service representatives are there to pick it up. Thanks for the great service! more

Good prevention 4/12/2011

I have used ADT Security for the past three years ever since I have had my home. This service is a good deterrent for criminal activity.Even just having the sign up is a deterrent to home invasions and burgularies. more

Get ADT now! 4/1/2011

I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

My son told me that he was afraid when we first transfered in our new home, But when i called ADT for our alarm system, he now told me that he stay up all night playing without getting scared. more

fast installation 2/24/2011

We purchased our alarm system from ADT. The system itself was installed for free when we signed a 3 year contract ($33/month). The installer was on time, professional and completed the install fairly quickly. Didn't do a great clean up job (saw dust on the floor where they had installed sensors) but other than that did a good job. more

I move around a lot and do most of my work on my laptop. It's reassuring that even while working, I can monitor my home security from my laptop or my cell phone. ADT has designed a security system for my home that fits my lifestyle and still is very affordable. more
