About a month ago, I saw a tire needed air, so I stopped by and one of the guys checked it. It was low, so we decided I should watch it and if it repeated, I should bring it back...

About a month ago, I saw a tire needed air, so I stopped by and one of the guys checked it. It was low, so we decided I should watch it and if it repeated, I should bring it back. It did, and I did. They checked out all the tires for me and found a piece of metal is the low one. It was quick and painless as always. They are kind, patient, and I trust them completely. more

Honesty and Reliability! 1/6/2016

I moved to Lincoln in 2005 as a single mom knowing no one here. Adams at one point took me and my kids to school and work every day my car was in the shop as I didnt know the bus lines either. They tell you what can wait and what can't and at a fair price. When I bought a cheap car for my daughter I also took it here and they made sure she was road safe and ready. A great place to have your car repaired if you want fair prices and honest good folks. I will not take my cars elsewhere. This most recent service was the same...they identified the problem and got it fixed and it ended up costing less than the original estimate. Thanks guys! more

Routine service appointment. 12/21/2015

Nothing out of the ordinary here. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and waited there while they did the service work. They got my car in right away and finished within a reasonable time. While servicing the vehicle they noticed that the air filter needed to be changed so the service attendant did come and show me the dirty filter and ask me first if I wanted to change it. more

The Best Auto Service available... 11/24/2015

I took our HHR in for a scheduled oil change/lube and service. I was told to give the mechanic 30 minutes. He finished in 15. Everything done and the price can't be beat - oh, and with four oil changes, the fifth is free! more

Great work once pickup was in shop. Work takes long time, I had to call several times to get them to repair tire, repair work was supposed to take 1/2 day but took from 8AM to 3 PM. more

Respectful Employees 11/10/2015

I have been going to Adams for many years. Even when I owned a beat up car, they worked to make it safe for me to drive. Before I retired, they took me to school and picked me up when necessary. I cannot see myself ever going anywhere else - why should I? They take such good care of me. more

My car wouldn't start. Had a friend jump start my battery. Immediately went to Adams Auto without an appointment and they were able take care of me. Took 20 minutes. more

Fast and friendly! 7/11/2015
