The service received (hair color) was fine but I was shocked at how unfriendly everyone was. I wouldn't go back.

I had a formal event to attend at which I had to make a presentation. I treated myself to a makeup session in an effort to make me look glamorous, no easy task! Jen did an amazing job. I literally jumped in my chair and gasped with joy when I looked in the mirror. I looked like a movie star! Thanks to Jen for the transformation. It truly made me feel spectacular!\r more

I had the pleasure of partnering with Adam and his team to plan and execute the first ever Caregiver Appreciation event for individuals caring for someone with Alzheimer's Disease. The collaboration, support and time the team spent behind this initiative was absolutely incredible! The services provided were exceptional, creative and fun including: Purple hair chalk, polish changes (12 shades of purple) and make up applications. The supporters of the Alzheimer's Association, Connecticut Chapter were raving about the experience.\r \r The Adam Broderick team is professional and cares about making everyone feel special. Thank you AB team for everything. We cannot wait to start planning our 2nd annual event - Save the Date - November 7th! more

Adam Broderick Salon & Spa hosted our NCL Chapter for a fundraising event. Our members were treated to a variety of mini services and Adam donated back 10% of sales made that evening to one of the charitable organizations we support, Ann's Place. \r \r The feedback from our members was wonderful. The staff was professional, warm and helpful - a great time was had by all. The staff at AB was absolutely fabulous to work with and were gracious hosts. We are very lucky to have a salon and spa like Adam Broderick so willing to support local events and charitable causes with such generosity. more

As a resident of Ridgefield I am a frequent visitor to Adam Broderick for many of my beauty needs. As a working mom I love that they are open early and late which makes it easy to schedule appointments even when they have to be last minute. They always seem to be able to accommodate me as they have a ton of staff available for different types of services. Nothing is better than an 8:45pm massage or facial to end the day after a long day of work and driving the kids to/from activities. I feel lucky to have such a great resource so close to home!\r \r \r \r more

This review is for the Nail Spa, although I have had other services at Adam Broderick and have been very satisfied. \r \r Having had pedicures at Adam Broderick, I hold all my pedicures to an AB standard and have found that other ""elite"" spas (example: Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, Bliss in NYC) cannot meet them! Though some might find the prices of an AB pedicure high, I really think you get your money's worth and that they are comparable to (or less than!) the price at other high end spas. First of all, Adam Broderick carries high end nail polishes, which are completely free of the toxins that other popular nail polishes carry, in a great variety of colors. The nail technicians also pay very careful attention to a client's wishes and are extremely meticulous about the pedicures they give. They are also incredibly careful not to hurt you or damage your cuticles / nail beds, which is extremely important. I think my favorite part of AB pedicures is the gel the technicians use to remove callouses. My feet are unbelievably soft after they get buffed and as someone who runs and walks a ton around the city - this is something I really value! I have yet to see this gel at any other spa too. Also, their hot stone massages are amazing. I recently had a ""hot stone pedicure"" at another spa and paid $70 for there to just be two hot stones in the bath for my feet. What a joke. But that's not what they do at AB! Thank you for giving great services AB! more

Go to Adam Broderick, you will not be disappointed! I first started going to Adam Broderick as I received a gift basket. In the basket was a gift certificate for a cut/color as well as many of Adam's products. That was 3 years ago, I have been getting my hair cut by Jenny every since and using Adam's products. His products are very good and reasonably priced. Everyone at the salon is very helpful and ensures that all your needs are met. I love going there. Their hot chocolate is the best! more

Gift Certificates 12/6/2010

I specifically wanted a gift certificate for a massage at a fancy spa as an anniversary present for friends. Found Adam Broderick based on good reviews on-line, and checked out their website. Their website was great - easy to use, and all the info I needed. I was really pleased that I could order gift certificates which would state "de-stress massage" instead of a dollar amount - much classier. Anyway, the certificates arrived very quickly (I want to say 2 days later), in a beautiful box with a beautiful bow and needless to say I was so pleased. It was just perfect and classy and I highly recommend their handling of the gift certificate transaction. more

Best in Service and Quality Around! 11/21/2010

I have tried many different salons & spas in Fairfield and Westchester Counties and the Adam Broderick Salon & Spa is by far the best in show! The team of talented stylists and spa therapists are the best around, and extremely friendly and attentive to my personal tastes and needs. The salon is typically busy - but everyone is friendly and I've never been kept waiting. The spa is dreamy and they give the best manicures and pedicures -- that last longer than most. It is a true NYC experience without the NYC pricetag or attitude. Thank you Adam! more

The color gel manicure at Adam Broderick is amazing. Day 10 and my fashionably dark manicure is shiny and looks like I just came from the salon. Salon was busy, but everyone took the time to make me feel not-like-a-newbie. Felt like i was in a good salon in nyc..... will def be a regular for this manicure....liberation from chips and re-polishing at home, just love that. more

I've been going to the Adam Broderick Spa and Salon for at least 10 years. My son even had a facial and make-up treatment for his 8th grade graduation due to acne issues. The staff has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Dante and Terry are excellent! more

Superior Facial 9/30/2010

I just had the anti-aging facial at this spa and it was wonderful. I was promised that I would look younger and fresher and the promise was kept. The woman who gave me the facial was skillful, knowledgeable and restful in her manner. I have had facials all over the world and this one ranks with the best! more

Something for the whole family! 9/30/2010

The best experience I've had getting my children's haircut since they have been having their hair cut! I have been ALL over Fairfield County....from Greenwich to Southport and in between, simply wanting a good cut and friendly service. They were able to accommodate us and get us in last minute the day before school started. The price was very reasonable, the stylist was LOVELY and the haircuts were great! I have been a customer for years and also enjoy the spa services and the ambiance of the manicure/pedicure salon. more

I absolutely loved who did my hair! 8/4/2010

My experience at Adam and Broderick was an absolute good one. The first thing that caught my eye was how they had a daycare for my children while I got my hair done. The second thing was the massage that was given to my scalp before the haircut which was a real treat. But to me the most important thing about a hair salon is a having a person that posses such skill, talent and passion for their craft. The lady who did my hair was by the name of Raven. She did an excellent job. I told her what I wanted and she did it to her fullest potential. Everyone that saw my hair LOVED it! She did such a good job that when i would blow dry my own hair it always came out the same way it did at the salon that day. And please note my hair is very thick and had have been getting it done in Salon's for years and never had this kind of result. Just remember its not the Salon that can give you a great haircut and style but its the actual hairdresser that posses the skill to do so!!!!!!!!! more

My Southbury Adventure 7/26/2010

After using the same stylist for 25 years it was extremely difficult to find someone who could color and style CURLY fine hair. To my delight! Katie recommended a specialist "Debbie" at Adam Broderick's salon in Southbury it was a perfect match. "Debbie" did the most amazing job with my hair color and cut. The staff was truly professional and understood my concerns. What could have been a nerve racking experience turned into the most relaxing comfortable adventure. Katie showed me the spa and products, than I was offered a refreshing drink. I have found a new home for my head. I would recommend this spa in Southbury to everyone. Till my next adventure! more

Amazing Brows! 7/2/2010

I drive 45 minutes for a 15 minutes eyebrow session with Neia every couple of weeks. She is fabulous in every sense of the word! My brows are perfectly symmetrical and she takes her times with them. She does fantastic Brazilians as well. Will never go to any one else. In addition to Neia, Lauren saved my color disaster from another salon and is now my permanent colorist. I will never go anywhere else it is worth the drive ! Amazing place....it's nice to get what you pay for...finally! more

I LOVE this Place! 3/4/2010

I recently started going to Adam Broderick for hair. I had been a spa client (love it) but never a hair client. I have had three haircuts and highlights as well - I LOVE it! They listen to me! I have never had so many compliments on my hair. I love the hip, fun environment and they sell my favorite products too. I don't know why it took me so long to give them a try - but I'm hooked. And the scalp massages during shampoo are to die for! Pros: Best haircut in town, Great scalp massage, Attentive service more

NEVER GOING BACK HERE! 2/8/2010

I used to exclusively go to this salon until everyone who worked with me suddenly stopped working there. Since I've been back every stylist who has cut or colored my hair has butchered the job. (And I have given them at least 3 or 4 chances with different stylists.) I have also on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS had their ""free bang trim"" and ended up with centimeter long bangs! Shame on me for letting them touch my hair on the second occasion. The second time it happened manager and staff offered me a fifteen percent discount on a waxing- that's it. I'd rather save me money and not risk those parts of my body in such incapable hands. They seemed more relieved that I didn't throw a fit than genuinely concerned and thus really lowballed me. Screw this place. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I don't love Aveda dye/products but the stylists at Shine in Ridgefield are better. more
