Recently, after simply getting up from the recliner, I had back pain that was a 10 out of 10. I couldn't lay down comfortably, and sitting and even standing was extremely painful....

Recent back pain 11/9/2017

Recently, after simply getting up from the recliner, I had back pain that was a 10 out of 10. I couldn't lay down comfortably, and sitting and even standing was extremely painful. Active Care was able to see me right away, and Ehren Trost quickly determined where the issue was. He developed an exercise program for me, and after several visits, I was back to normal, thank God! Their expertise and professionalism along with a very friendly atmosphere made each visit a pleasure. I give Ehren and his team my highest recommendation! Steve Miller more

Do yourself a favor and go to Activecare Physical Therapy! 7/30/2013

I had severe pain in my back and leg after doing some yardwork. I went to the ER and they basically did nothing after 4 hours. Tried a chiropractor and things got worse! After that I couldn't even walk. A friend said to go see Ehren Trost at Activecare PT and I called them. He got me in that day. This is the first person who actually listened to me and from talking with me and doing an examination knew exactly what to do. He explained what the problem was (irritated disc) showed me a few exercises to do that completely eliminated the pains and he also told me how I needed to avoid sitting and bending to let things heal faster. In 5 visits I am better than ever thanks to Ehren and the staff. I actually enjoyed going there and I will miss everyone! This is a no-brainer as these people really know their stuff. I have already recommended several other people to see them. more
