I have been treated by Dr. Bermudez and Nicole, LMT, for almost a year now. I have received treatment for a variety of injuries, including 2 sports related injuries, a car accident and just plain aches and pains. I have been to several chiropractors in the past and Active Living far exceeds any care I have received thus far. You definitely get personalized care here with a variety of treatment methods tailored to your specific condition. You also get complete care here, adjustments, massage, physical therapy. (I believe this is where many offices drop the ball. As a patient I need to be offered the total package.) I was given specific exercises to help strengthen my problem areas to reduce the risk of re-injury and facilitate the healing process. I always recommend this facility to anyone in need of a chiropractor. more

Dr Bermudez is amazing, he really listens to you to figure out where the pain is and fixes it. Nicole provides fantastic massages! Getting a massage first and then an adjustment is like a perfect day at the spa. The staff treats you like family... not just another patient. more
