After receiving a letter in the mail I scheduled an appointment for an inspection. Frank the technician frank inspected unit and told me unit was in bad shape. He gave me a proposal which I accepted. The crew showed up early the next day and installed unit. They were efficient and thorough. A supervisor came by and inspected their work an d explained everything to me. My only concern is that I Made my decision too quick without getting any other bids. Hopefully I made the right decision more

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Well mannered and would recommend him. When my next maintenance date is due I would like the service of the gentleman that service my unit this time. I cannot read his name on the paperwork. Thank you. more

In this day and ageits hard to meet honest people let alone and honest service company.service technician David merrick came to my mother in laws house whom has dementia and rather then take advantage called me in Philadelphia to inform me and give me options as to what course of action to take as far as repair of replacement.We decided to purchase a new unit from them since my mother in law had was 15 years old and she had high electric bills and the new system has drastically cut down her electric bills.My hat goes off to those guys at action cooling for the honesty and integrity. more

Technician Jon determined the problem was a bearing in the motor causing the noise. Also unit was low on refrigerant. 110 and required 125. When motor is replaced tomorrow, the system will be fully leak tested due to ongoing miss of refrigerant since installation in 2014 per Mark's instructions. more

David Merrick came to our house and provided us excellent and prompt service. Upon calling Action cooling he arrived at my house within an hour , and gave us different options such as repair and replacement.We decided to replace our unit and the crew came out also in a timely manner and installed a new air conditioner,and the new unit worked better than the previous builders grade unit we had ,and also saved us a significant amount of money on our electric bill as David had stated it would !!!!I have used other companies in the past but because of their honesty,reliability ,and prompt service I am now a lifetime customer of Action cooling!These guys are professionals and I would highly recommend them more
