Wow in 2013 customer service still exist. Very impressed with staff it's like your talking to your best friend who actually listens to you. No pressure just the facts.Their honesty is what got me to comment. I got a loan with payments that I can actually afford, to buy a car I really needed. I adjusted my monthly due date 3 times with absolutely no questions asked and was told if i needed to change it again just call. \r Taking out this loan from a sub-prime lender there are fees, \r Lets just say I feel really good about taking this loan, Very affordable. more

Me and my husband got a used car from a rinky dink dealer because no one would give us a loan for a car. Meanwhile our old car was almost in peices and we couldnt afford to pay cash up front Im mean who does? When I called to make a payment I was amazed that they were so nice. Although I called to make a payment twice and the receptionist got my payment amount wrong when she noticed the mistake she called me immediately back to fix the situation. The owners are very wonderful and sort of old fashioned when it comes to customer service but that is the best. Their clients arent just a number or file they are people and they acknowledge it. So if you want or need a finance company call them they know what they are doing. more

I have been with Acme for so long I cannot remember when I started. I know I needed them and they were there when I started and have been ever since. I have not dealt with nicer people in all my experiences with financing and loans. I hope to be back in Seattle in the near future for a visit and am probably the only ""tourist"" who has a finance company on his list to visit just to say ""Hi!"". Pros: There when I needed them! I really appreciate Acme Finance working with me with my car loan. I definatley, have credit issues due to circumstances. It is very important to me to try and repair it. Acme has allowed me to do so. Also, before the dotted line was signed, they contacted me to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with my vehicle. Although, we are living in some trying times as far as the economy, it is still good to know that your in business with a reputable, loyal company. I'm almost finished paying for my loan, and yes the last couple of months have been a lil rocky....I appreciate Acme working with me. I have terrible credit, resulting from a very extensive identity theft that I caught too late and is still in the process of unraveling. Acme financed me anyway, which I appreciated: the rate wasn't great, but I didn't expect it to be. Their service is phenomenal, though: they always answer their phones, are quick with answers to your questions, and willing to work with you. Recently, I had foolishly postponed payment until the day it was due and was planning on walking in with a check when work emergencies erased my available time that day. I called them, prepared for the worst, and they told me there was no problem, no fee, just bring it in sometime the next week. With so many credit companies being hardnosed about deadlines, I was really grateful for the extension. I'm definitely talking to Acme the next time I need a loan. Pros: Service, availability of credit Cons: Office hours are standard business hours, making it hard for 9-5 types to walk in more

I was in need of a car loan for a couple thousand dollars. I had some credit issues from a few years back and also defaulted on a previous car loan. Acme financed my vehicle for a very low and fair interest rate. My payments are manageable so I'm always on time. Acme reports to the three major credit bureaus so they helped me repair my credit. And they have friendly efficient customer service reps. I just wish they had a website and on-line payment options. Pros: Finance high risk clients report to major credit bureaus fair interest rates friendly customer service. Cons: No website no online payment option more

So far in my short experience in financing I have had the best experience with Acme Finance. This is my first car. Now I am much more confident and proud that I did this. more
