Bad Bad Bad!!!!! 3/22/2010

The last couple of month the service has really gone downhill at Acme. They must be cutting corners because of the economy, 5 years ago they did good but I have had it with them. Never able to reach anyone in charge, no one ever answers my questions, they are plain RUDE! I am not going to bring my husbands clothes there anymore! Now I need to find another cleaners and take my advice you do so also! Pros: location would be the only one Cons: I've had it with their services. more

Best dry cleaner in Central Florida 10/10/2007

A few weeks ago I was looking for a new dry cleaner and found Acme's website and saw that they had a pick up and delivery service. They had an easy map with all of their areas they pick up in. I didn't know then but I am so glad I found them! I was a little nervous at first because of all of my designer clothes, but the manager, Randy, came and talked to me and walked me through everything they do at Acme. 3 weeks into it now and I am loving the wonderful service. Pros: Free pick up and delivery! Customer service, time saving more

Home Delivery 10/2/2007

I recently switched to Acmes route instead of going to the store. I didn't think dry cleaning could be easier than it was there, but i was wrong! No pretty girls delivering to me but the driver is just as friendly as the rest of the staff. It's amazing I haven't been to the dry cleaner in 2 weeks but my stuff gets back to me just like I had. Pros: Delivery, Saves time, no driving! more

My silk wedding dress was a mess, they made it like new again! 1/2/2007

Acme came highly recommended to me by my wonderful seamstress Judy King. I am so glad that I trusted them with my silk Reem Acra wedding gown. They did such an amazing job. My dress was very expensive and at the wedding my brother in law smashed cake all over me and it was all over the dress! I was so upset that my dress was ruined. I took it to acme with low expectations. They got the dress perfectly clean for a very reasonable price. I was able to sell my dress for $1000. I can't believe they got everything out of the delicate silk. It looked and felt brand new. Pros: very proffesional, great customer service. reasonable price, easy to get in and out Cons: It is far from where I live, but worth the drive, you can mail your gown to them if you are out of state more

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the staff at Acme Cleaners for their fantastic sales crew. These ladies know how to treat their customers with personalized service, double checked my order for accuracy and remembered my name after my first visit! LOST my slip for my wedding dress 7/31/2006

I dropped off my wedding dress along with the slip that goes underneath it...I got my wedding dress back, but they lost my slip. They were unapologetic about losing my $60 slip, and refused to give me any credit or refund for that money. DO NO GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED about which pieces of clothing they've received from the customer. And when they do lose your clothing, they will not refund you the money!!
