Ace Rug Cleaning has been in business for years and is a trustworthy company. I have know the owners for many years and they are wonderful honest people who will do their best to make sure their customers are happy. I would trust Ace to clean my rugs any day!! more

Great customer service 12/20/2010

Delivered to my sisters house and stored the rugs for about 3 months until I was ready to pick them up. Stains from my elderly father-in-law were a memory after ACE cleaned. Thanks, you guys rock. Now my husband doesn't know that I spilled coffee on our new Persian rug. Got to get you to clean this one too! Great job and I am sure I will use you for many, many years. more

Ace Rug Cleaning Company was prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about cleaning, maintaining the carpets and keeping stains from coming back. They did a great job. I will use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends more

Best Cleaners for my Hand-Knotted Area Rug 12/15/2010

My wife & I purchased a hand-knotted wool rug that fits beautifully in our dining room. During our first Thanksgiving, a guest knocked over a freshly-poured (whole) glass of red wine. I thought my wife was going to have a heart attack. The first place we found was Ace. We called as soon as they opened, took the rug in, and they were able to get 100% of the wine out. Very happy with the service. more

Love using a local businesses and when working with Ace, you deal with the owner!! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are competitive. They do what they say they are going to do and they only accept perfection. They are honest and truly CARE and take pride in the work they do. In the future, I will only be using Ace Rug Cleaning!!! more

Great Experience 11/15/2010

I typically try and use local companies whenever possible so when it came time for our rugs to be cleaned I did some research and made some calls. After calling and speaking with the OWNERS of Ace Rug, getting what I felt was a fair quote and a promise to come pick up my rugs I felt like I had made an informed decision. I can tell you that I was not one bit disappointing. The price quote they gave me is exactly what they charged. They came and picked up my dirty rugs and brought back what looked like brand new rugs! I could not be happier. Even my husband who notices nothing. commented on how nice the rugs look. Great job Ace Rug. Keep up the good work! more

Great Family Owned & Operated 6/18/2008

I was recommended by a friend for my very expensive Persian. They really know their stuff. Family owned and operated have been in business for many many years. Raleigh is lucky to have a great rug cleaner like this. Very knowedgable service and prices are in line with the companies I've compared them to.. Great cleaning job. They also clean my homes carpet. I've used cheap advertised companies before and that proved not worth it in the end. Pros: experienced, great results, knowledgeable Cons: none more

Horrible Experience with expensive rug 6/25/2007

I didn't mind paying top dollar to have my hand woven wool rug cleaned and they did ask top dollar but it was NOT worth it. They would not return my phone calls after nearly a full month went by and my rug still wasn't clean. They quoted me two weeks. I called for the third time and the lady was very rude. I strongly recommend finding any other cleaner for nicer rugs. Cons: Very difficult to deal with, not treated fairly more
