The people at Ace couldn't have been nicer during our recent house renovation. They picked up our rugs (including one under the piano!), cleaned them, and cut new rug pads. Then, when the construction had been completed, they delivered them and, yes, put them down on the new pads and under the piano. Everything looks wonderful. We couldn't ask for more and recommend their services highly. more

I am extremely satisfied with the carpet shampoo service that I got from Ace Rug. The service person was quite helpful and knowledgeable about how to carry out the job. The gentleman was highly professional and courteous. I would definitely use this service again and readily recommend them. more

I hired Ace Rug in Raleigh to fix a patch of carpet that my dog had dug up. Incredible service from the get-go. The receptionist was extremely helpful with identifying my needs and quoting a price. I emailed her pictures of the damage and she knew exactly what I needed. The workers showed up early (always a plus), and got the job done in 30 minutes. They swept and vacuumed and were very courteous ... great people to call for carpet repair. more

Ace Rug Cleaning is the best 7/7/2011

I can't recommend them highly enough. This company's personnel understand customer service. We were dog sitting for our grand-dogs and they got sick all over our area rugs on the weekend. I called two local carpet dealers who recommended Ace very highly. As soon as I called on Monday morning I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer explained how the cleaning process would work, the cost based on size and answered all my questions. She made several suggestions because of the nature of the problem. We were very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them. more

I'm Picky - They are great 5/28/2011

I'm new to Raleigh. This carpet cleaning company did a great job on my carpet. They took my dining room rug in and it looks great too. I've seen ads for cheaper cleaners but I'm picky about who comes in my house. Ace has been in Raleigh for a long time. Everyone knows of them. I just wouldn't have some of those cheap carpet cleaners in my home. It's just not worth the trouble. Ace was about 20. more but I truely beleive you get what you pay for. You won't be disappointed by this company. Nice folks to work with too. more

Most people do not realize that pet stains and odors will not wash out. Depending on the value of your area rugs. Ace provides an enzyme treatment that is well worth the prices they offer. more

As I stood in the showroom waiting to be assisted. I heard another customer saying how grateful they were for the reminder phone call and status update. She only comes in to town once or twice a month from Topsail Beach. Rugs were ready as promised. more
