It gets five stars because the specific plumber I've worked with several times, They are just over the top fantastic. As I've said on other reviews (okay, I only have one, but I just started!), I really, really like excellent customer service. more

When I move to the East Bay, I met the owners of ACE at a Chamber of Commerce event and then met him again through a networking group I was a part of. When I ultimately had a plumbing problem that needed immediate attention, I called ACE. more

I called ACE plumbing for a non emergency after hours. Someone was available to make an appointment for the next day. They were able to schedule the time I wanted, even with such short notice. Mario arrived on time and was very professional! He completed the work on my kitchen faucet very quickly. He took the time to explain the problem to us. The price was well below another quote we received! ACE was very professional, efficient, and reasonable. We definately recommend them! more

The work of the Ace Plumbing staff is extremely professional. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courtious. They arrive polished looking, in extremely clean vehicles, do the very best job they can, and leave everything spotless on departure. And again, that's for a freebie job. I was TOTALLY impressed! We had ACE out to clean a main line. They were very informative, clean and courteous. Reasonable prices and good advice. more

Called at approx 10 AM about a leak under my sub-floor, Donna answered and was polite and responsive, made a field call and then informed me that Ron was available in the 4-6 PM timeframe. Ron and Jeff showed up around 6 PM, had a look and offered to fix it right then and there even though it was getting late, and quoted me a reasonable price, I could not refuse! The gotcha is, due to SNAFU's in my plumbing it took them longer than anyone could have anticipated, they could have told me they would come back the next day or charged me more, but instead they worked until 8:30 PM to get it all done and done right. And they did not change their original bid. I got the deal of the century considering how much work they put in. What else can I say? They do quality work and make sure that the customer is satisfied. I most definitely will call them again next time! more

I did everything in my power to try to get my toilet unclogged but after two hours and multiple trips to the hardware store I figured this wasn't the do it yourself job I thought it would be. Ace Plumbing was at my door in under an hour the rates are very reasonable. more

Last week was a very busy week. My toilet was starting to act up again and so I called up Ace Plumbing. The reason why I am writing this review is because I was amazed that after I made the call, the plumber arrived 30 minutes after. Wow! I thought he?d arrive and hour or two after. I am really impressed. more
