upgraded my water heart 8/6/2011

I agreed to have Ace Plumbing upgrade my existing water heater to city code for $550. After the work was done, I had another plumber check out the work done on the water heater, who said it was done incorrectly. Ace Plumbing then had to come back to my home. Their prior work couldn't be fixed so they charged me another $300 to replace the existing water heater, and complete the work to bring the installation up to code. more

trained professionals 7/28/2011

I called them to repair my leaking shower. The cost was reasonable. I can't repair a faucet, they are trained professionals, they are the subject matter experts, and you get what you pay for. They were able to come out within the hour. I had wasted time at a local hardware store with salesclerks who were getting paid whether I bought anything or not. I think this is a great team of plumbers, and I highly recommend them. more

Had a plumbing problem recently and asked my co workers and family who they knew. Ace was referred to me and I was satisfied with the plumbing repairs I needed around the house at a fair price. I will refer them and continue to use them for my future plumbing issues. Thanks Ace Plumbing! more

ACE solved it 12/16/2010

We had a leakly hot water heater and called Ace on a Saturday. They showed up at our door within 2 hours. They looked at the water heater and quickly diagnosed it as having a faulty valve. The entire thing was fixed within 30 minutes. (Note that we had called a competitor plumber beforehand who said that our water heater was broken and needed to be replaced. That plumber never called us back so we sent to Ace and solved the problem.) more

arrived 30 mins after 12/14/2010

The plumber from ACE arrived approximately 30 minutes after I made the call. I just called them to fix my draining system yet they arrived half an hour after. Great service! more

We definately recommend them! 12/12/2010

I called ACE plumbing for a non emergency after hours. Someone was available to make an appointment for the next day. They were able to schedule the time I wanted, even with such short notice. Mario arrived on time and was very professional! He completed the work on my kitchen faucet very quickly. He took the time to explain the problem to us. The price was well below another quote we received! ACE was very professional, efficient, and reasonable. We definately recommend them! more

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They give clean, quality and economical work and consideration. To deal with Trio was a good memorable experience. If we ever need anything done again, we are definately going to call them again! more

Truely Professional: I have used the Santhoff's for years. I am confident no matter what my plumbing issue is-they will give me the best option to get my problems fixed without ripping me off. The are all SO polite. From the minute Denise answers the phone till one of the guys gets here, I am always treated like I am the only customer they have and that they truely value my business! I really appreciate how they go above and beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer. more
